DID NOT FOLLOW BRIDGESTONE POLICY AND COMPLETELY WRECKED MY CAR!
I took my car in to have my brakes serviced in September of 2024 and since then have been having all sorts of issues. I took my car to a DIFFERENT Firestone location this weekend because I did not trust this location to truthfully fix the issue. Turns out, this location did not follow policy and did not replace the rotor when replacing my brake pads, causing my caliper to BUST, leaving my brake pads completely soaked - ALL OF WHICH CAN LEAD TO COMPLETE BRAKE FAILURE.
Not only this, but I had given them a second chance to fix this issue in November when I initially took it in for noticeable issues and all they did was replace my battery but DID NOT even check my brakes. I have documented evidence to this claim and will NEVER be going to this Firestone, moreover any Firestone probably ever again. I am thankful to the separate location for fixing the issues, however I don't feel safe moving forward with this business chain AT ALL.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Twice they have tried to make me pay for a tire repair that was under road hazard warranty. This last time they said that my tire couldn't be repaired and that they would have to put a new one on which would cost $150. I asked why it couldn't be fixed and the guy said "There's a nail too close to the tire wall." I heard him say this to a woman a little while before he told me this. So I asked to see it. He took me back to my truck where my tire was off the axel, he sprayed the whole tire with soapy water and when he couldn't find a leak he tried to tell me there was a really small one that I couldn't see. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS! I have to wonder how many sweet old ladies or less competent people have been taken advantage of here. DISGUSTING!

I had made a mistake by replacing only 1 tire on my all wheel drive and my car started to wobble and vibrate when it was rolling. The guys at Firestone asked me several questions and knew exactly what was wrong and explained it to me to where I could understand it. Then he looked for discounts so I would be able to afford the new tires I needed

Dropped off car at 2:30 for brake work and they stayed past closing time of 5pm until 6pm to get the job done for me. That is the kind of effort I really appreciate.

This store always takes care of my needs in a fast, helpful manner. Today I needed just an oil change but they found in inspection that my brakes needed serviced. They offered discounts and did the work so fast! Thank you for taking care of my needs! All staff are courteous and nice to work with.

My recent trip to Firestone for an oil change was the best experience I've had there. I made an appointment and was out within an hour. They were also very helpful in fixing my oil leak. It was a very easy experience.
