Today I brought my car to this facility! The gentleman thoroughly investigated my problem and effectively, efficiently and professionally brought about a solution. Thank you for extending this courtesy to someone traveling through this state. I highly recommend this establishment.

I went there two days ago to get to front tires and to see about a tire sensor they put the tires on but never called me about the sensor went back the next day to get to rear tires put on told him I wanted the exact thing as the front didn't receive my alignment warranty like I did on the first two they were supposed to check the tire sensor and the heating cooling light that came on the dash and call me and keep it overnight I said fine they never called they called to tell me when it was ready to be picked up I pick it up and they proceeded to tell me I needed a new battery but never checked the heating and cool light I knew I didn't need a new battery I had already checked it 3 days prior to taking it in and AutoZone said it was like a new battery they was going to charge me $583 for a battery I did not need I proceeded to get in my car all these lights came on the dash when I started it they never even close the hood to my car I had to get out and do that and proceeded to push buttons to figure out everything that was coming on the dash went back to AutoZone had a battery checked again and they said it was like a new battery I did not need to replace it so all in all all the lights that came on the dash I end up fixing it myself mostly while I was sitting
In their parking lot I will never return there not even with any other vehicle even though I've had tires and been there before with a different vehicle if I didn't have to give it one star I wouldn't they suck not recommended

We couldn't be happier with this team, Kody and Gary knew we were traveling they fixed our car and got us back on the road quickly. I will share this experience with many. It was amazing how curtious and speedy they were. The price was great too!!

Firestone in Madison Tennessee Highly overpriced me for a starter and battery replacement!!! $985 to the exact penny🤬 I was given a quote at a competitor for $513 , I reached out to The Company and was told I would be getting a call back, Needless to say no one has called. I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years and have to think how many times have they gotten over on me as I’ve had plenty of work on both of my cars The car that I was overpriced was a 2007 impala. Do not!!!! I repeat go here alone to all my Ladies, Especially if you’re of color!!! They are Thieves@ Carson.

The young man was nice, he mentioned he may not be able to get to my car but would do the best he could to get me moving. I only waited 20 minutes, he was able to squeeze me in and got me going 20 mins later!! I really appreciated him!!

Carson was extremely helpful during my oil change service. I knew I had needed tires when I dropped it off but I wasn't in the position to purchase new tires as I just had a large unexpected vet bill that I needed to pay. He understood but stated the tires were in such bad condition, he would look to see what offers were available for me. Long story short, I was able to get wonderful new tires at a price that would fit in my budget. My car rides like I just drove it off the showroom floor and I couldn't' be happier. Thank you for the wonderful service!!
