Huge thanks to Ashton and the team for getting the tire on my truck repaired just before closing on a Sunday. Called several places that couldn’t get it in until next day - Ashton said bring it down and we’ll get it taken care of. Wait wasn’t too long considering I was last minute, price was very fair. Thanks guys!

CAR STOLEN OFF OF LOT & THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I would give 0 (zero) stars if able. Took car for brakes & oil change on 1/12/22. They also deleted a review from a family member about the car stolen!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. 30mins tops with brake inspection and overall check over. Hour and 20min later car was parked and I was told it was ready. Went the my Rogue, all hubcaps are still off and oil dipstick was a quarter of the way out. Garage sounds more like a rap concert than a shop. Now I'm left wondering what else they forgot to tighten or add.Was told rotors were bad, they were not. Was told struts wear starting to seap, they are dry. Car was released back to me missing the hubcaps and the oil dipstick was half way out. Sounded like a music concert instead of a mechanic shop. Missed minor details will lead to major mistakes.

I took my car in for repairs because I noticed my tires emitting smoke, which was concerning. The auto shop assured me they could fix the problem, and after completing their work, they charged me $1,000. However, just two weeks later, the same issue with the tires resurfaced.
Frustrated, I called the manager to discuss the recurring problem, but he brought up unrelated issues instead of addressing my concerns. I reluctantly brought the car back for further repairs, only to experience the exact problem again just one week later.
Determined to resolve the issue, I took my car to another location. When I explained the situation and the previous attempts to fix it, the other technicians immediately identified the root of the problem. Their prompt diagnosis gave me confidence that I would finally get the repair I needed.

Car was ready in timely manner as I made an appt online. Staff were courteous & knowledgeable. I had checked to see if preferred tires were in stock and staff placed them on hold for me the day before. Glad about the rebate $60 too.

Hate giving 1 star but wanted to give a review. I came in and dropped off my SUV for a oil change and after 3.5 hr I am still not done with my oil change. The oil filter takes over a hour to get and all the parts house can do it say it's on the way there. The guy at the desk was very nice about it but the guys in the back are slow and would rather listen to their music loud and not work. It would be smart to not have a clear window for customers to be able to see what your doing if your not gonna try and get automobiles done in a timely manner. Poor service

If you have a tight schedule, be cautious about their time estimates.
I called for a wheel balance quote and how long it would take, was told it’d take about 40 mins and they could see me then. I thought perfect, i’ll take a lunch break and take it in. I told them of my hard stop due to work commitments…well what should’ve been 40 mins turned into a 2 hr situation.
Story time: I was convinced to get their lifetime alignment membership and was told the wheel balance and alignment could be done within my visit….this was so frustrating to say the least I specifically let them know that if it was going to take long I had no problem scheduling a different time and day to drop off my car and do the alignment but I was assured it could be done during that visit …lies!!
So yeah I was stuck there for 2 hrs when I thought I’d be there for 40mins maybe 1 hr max oh and instead of spending $60 I spent over $250 LOL
