This place is definitely a 5 star. Ben, the manager, and the mechanics really diagnosed my tire issue, and came through.
They were outstanding. So courteous and friendly and got to me fast. I highly recommend them.

I recently took my car in to have my brakes and rotors repaired, as well as a few other items. I scheduled an appointment for 11am, got a call four hours later around 3pm with them basically saying “yeah they are gonna need to be replaced”. Okay cool, was told they were going to get the parts and said they could knock it out before they close at 5pm. I was asked if just in case could they keep it overnight and I explained I had work the following morning so preferably not. They said if they weren’t able to get it done in time, they would give me a call in advance. 4:30pm rolls around so I schedule an uber to the shop and arrive around 4:50, ten minutes before they close. I walk in and tell me they are going to have to keep it overnight. This was extremely frustrating as I was told that I would be given a call in advance if they were not going to be able to complete the work in time, and then wasted my money on an uber to the shop knowing that if I would have shown up after 5pm (closing time) I would more than likely have to wait till the next day to get my vehicle back. I asked if there was any way that I could get my vehicle back tonight because I did not want to be late to work the next morning which is the reason I scheduled the appointment for 11am. The associate stated that they had already taken all of the old parts off and would have to put all of the original parts back on in a complaining way as he was ready to get off. I understand that completely, but I feel as my time and money were wasted with no communication and having to pay for an uber to and from the shop for no reason. They encouraged me to let them keep it overnight stating that they get in at 7am and could probably knock it out before I have to get to work the following morning at 9am. I call them around 7:30am and was informed they were working on the vehicle and should have it done in the next 30 minutes. 9am rolls around and I am already late for work. I wait for a call back and receive one around 9:45am and was informed I could come pick up my car. I ordered yet another uber to the shop and paid $1500 for the brakes and front right tire rod replacement. Yet had to also spend addition money on pointless Uber's due to lack of communication, missed an event that I was planning on making that afternoon, and was late to work the following morning, which again wasted my time and money. Was my first and will likely be my last time ever visiting a firestone autoshop.
As mentioned earlier I completely understand that they were ready to get off of work, which is why I agreed to letting them keep the vehicle over night about 5 minutes before close. It is mainly the principle that my time and money was wasted due to miscommunication.

Don’t promise people a vehicle back at a certain time if you can’t full fill that promise. I need my truck to move materials to complete construction work. I knew I had to make a second trip around 4pm I had an appointment at this location (1:30pm)and was promised 2 hours max. I was willing to sacrifice some time and told myself 2 hours is more than enough time I can pick up the materials and still complete the project on time . Here I am almost 5 hours later without a courtesy call that they are backed up. I passed by the location trying to haul materials in a small car just to see my truck has not been moved at all. And what do I get in return? “it’s better you come pick it up today and we work on it tomorrow” NO. I went it for service TODAY. You guys gotta do better than this man. I understand work can become a load, quick. But the least, give me a courtesy call so I can try and fix my issue elsewhere. In the construction world, time is money, and this firestone location unfortunately wasted my time.

They were able to fit me into the schedule very quickly and gave me a discount when I inquired about it. My tires were put on quickly and expertly and I also got a wheel alignment as part of the lifetime wheel alignment, which I highly recommend to anyone who does a lot of driving around Nashville.

This is one of the better Firestone in the area.
1000 times better than the Goodlettsville location.
This location, and the crew honor their appointment times, and the Firestone purchased warranties.
They maintain a great pace, and get people taken care of without much fuss.
And I've never had an issue with any of the quality.

I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care to address an oil leak issue and get my battery replaced on my Jeep. I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially Silas, was incredibly helpful and efficient. Silas and Austine promptly diagnosed the oil leak and efficiently fixed it, ensuring that my vehicle was in top condition. Additionally, they replaced my battery with expertise and ensured that everything was in perfect working order before I left. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. Silas took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was evident that he had a genuine interest in providing the best service possible. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care.
