This is my go-to mechanic shop! They are incredibly knowledgeable, fast, reliable, affordable, and NEVER pressure an upsell. They're honest and always let you know what they find, but never pressure you to do anything you don't want done. Cannot speak more highly of this location and the staff here. HIGHLY recommend!

Quinn and Mycah (Micah) did great on my car! Very friendly and very helpful. Very respectful. They understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with my car when the brakes needed to be replaced. They showed me what was wrong with it and why it was doing what it was doing. Dean and Quinton are awesome. Dean made me think logical because I was ready to go sign my life off to another 5 year carnote. Quinton always provided excellent customer service that I was able to endure riding with others. When the part distribution did not deliver the part, my Dean was the advocate that made it happened. I did not have to get a rental.I had my car by the promised date. I have been coming to this Firestone for 15 years and they have always taken care of my trucks. Once again,Dean always take care of me. As a woman I am comfortable and I never worry about being beat out of my money.

Review is pending because I had some work done close to a year ago that is still not right. I don't care if it gets passed the quoted warranty, I want it to be right & complete. The manager has noted my account for monitoring and no re-charge.
