My first experience with Firestone was in March 2025 and 5/5 stars. I had my car towed due to serious engine issues as my check engine light was flashing and my car was shaking, losing power when I drove. The staff were very friendly and upfront with me about what the possible issues , the time requires and costs of each repair would be. They fixed my car the same day and were wonderful. It's been over 2 weeks since the repair and My car is running perfectly. I will be brining my car to this Firestone next time I have issues.

My experience was less than satisfactory due to how long the service took and the fact that I’ll now need to return to have my TPMS looked at again. Even though I had an appointment, I was told it would take several hours because several cats came in before me. I felt like this defeats the purpose of having an appointment. I came in for new tires and to have a TPMS replaced, the person mentioned that if the tire pressure light doesn’t go off to come back. Sure enough it did not go off and I’ll have to come back, which I’m dreading because of the 3.5 hours I had to wait there for my service. Not really sure why they didn’t just do what they’ll do tomorrow the first time so I don’t have to come back. I’m just hoping they didn’t damage another TPMS when changing the tires, which is a possibility of why the light won’t go off.
Update to this review- TPMS wasn’t damaged, they just needed to reset it. But I did forget yo mention that they partial ripped the front skid plate off, zip tied it back, now it scrapes against everything. Seeing if Firestone customer service will compensate- will update with details.

Made an appt for break check/replacement. I was asked if I was going to wait or come back for the car. I said I would come back. It took them over 24 hours to have my car done (after me calling multiple times to see when it would be done and kept getting “couple more hours” estimate). After picking up my car and driving for a few days I noticed two bolts form two separate tires had never been put back on after break replacement and the key to the lug nuts was also not in my car. Called to have them put back on and they said they couldn’t find them but they would order them and have them right away. I asked if I needed to call the next day to make sure they had them before I came to get them back on, they said no need, they would have them first thing in the morning. I went by at 4pm and the guy “had just left to get them and would be right back”. Waited over an hour. Only got two new bolts so we still had no key for the two that were on my tires. The technician said “I didn’t think about that, when you come back for maintenance we’ll do the other two” excuse me but we are NEVER coming back here, so you need to do all four right now. Horrible communication and terrible time estimates. They lie on time to get your business and they you are stuck careless and they dont double check their job to make sure everything is as it should be before they hand the car back to you.

They cant read here. I asked for my two front tires to be replaced, they replaced my back ones. I left it on my appointment notes online and called and checked in about it. Still replaced the wrong ones. Then told me they didn’t have a tool to unlock one of my front tires so they can’t replace it. A tire shop that can’t replace tires and can’t read. Go somewhere else for such a trivial task. They can’t handle it.

Simple nail puncture repair: Waited 24 hours to pick up my car. Dark smudges on sun visor and driver door. TPS monitor not reset & sure enough 5 days later the light is back on. Was told to come in first thing so they can fix right away. Show up and only one tech had showed up to work - minimum one hour wait. Save your time

Was trying to find out how much money I saved fixing my car so called and acted like I didn't know anything about it. "Oh we can't do just rotors, we'd have to do pads too." This is a salesman trying to force you into an upsell, ladies and gentlemen. Shop for a more honest shop. They tried to snake me and they will try to snake you.

This is a serviceable garage for what it is, and the employees were extremely kind and helpful to us. I would bring my car here for basic stuff - like to get tires changed or serviced, to get an oil change, or to get brakes fixed.
If you're stranded while traveling on a holiday weekend (like we were), it's a place where you can be towed and seen quickly. They are car generalists who can give you an overall idea of what is wrong, and they may just level with you and tell you that they don't have the equipment or expertise to do the work required. I appreciate the honesty!
If you need basic work on your car or to be seen in an emergency situation, this is a good first stop. The staff was incredibly kind, too. Just know what you're coming here for and adjust your expectations accordingly.

Employee (I think he was the manager) was very friendly and helpful. I was not scheduled, but had hit a pot hole and needed a tire quick. They worked me in and took care of things. I appreciate the service - and the price!
