Very very bad experience. ZERO stars. Please don't bring your vehicle to this location. Horrible customer service, both manager TJ & supervisor Blaine were extremely rude and not honest & their excuses are they don't have enough staff or there equipment is down and they can't service your vehicle. Highly recommend bringing your car to the Firestone on Charlotte Pike at 6622 Charlotte Ave., Nashville, TN 37209 and speak with manger Johnathan, he's a True definition of customer service and stayed after hours to take care of my vehicle.

The front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you ask them for an explanation of services they are happy to fully explain. Much better customer service than it used to be and more honest work than it used to be.

My tire popped 1 1/2 miles down the road. I drove it safely to the Firestone. Although they were extremely busy and backed up, they were able to get me a new tire and back on the road before I needed to pick up my kids. I’m so grateful to Blayne and the crew at this Firestone for helping me out on an already stressful day.

I don't post much at all but when you drive up to a place with a blowout tire and they help you right away, it has to be known. The guys at Firestone in Hwy 70 are so nice and are doing everything they can to get me up and running as soon as possible. Thank you Blaine and team for saving the day!

Awesome experience here. Blaine up front was so friendly and helpful to me, and to anyone else who came in. Blaine even took the time to help a guy put on new wiper blades. The technician who serviced my vehicle was super cool, friendly, and explained everything clearly to me. Great experience.

Incompetent and non-communicative.I had an oil change appointment a week ago in which they told me I needed new brake pads, shoes, and rotors. Didn’t have time to do that day-of, so I made an appointment for the upcoming Sunday at 9am. I dropped the car off and heard nothing by around 2:30pm (the shop closed at 5), so I called. They told me that the parts they need are special order and are sold out everywhere which I find interesting considering they had a week to find them or let me know this was going to be an issue. Further, I was told it was the supervisor’s job to handle it and he just didn’t. Complete waste of time and will never be using Firestone again, as this is the second time I’ve not been communicated with regarding appointment details. Thank GOD I didn’t spend $1,000 here and I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment on a Monday at 11 am. They didn't even take a look at my car until Wednesday around 330 pm. I didn't receive updates from manager on my vehicle. The tech diagnosed my issue and repaired vehicle. But took until 645 Friday evening to have my car repaired. The tech did his job but for the price, service was definitely substandard..

Blaine is absolutely incredible. I called up a couple days before the snow storm hit last week for new tires and he treated me as if I've been a customer for years. Squeezed me in on a Saturday! Got me in efficiently, got a great value for my tires, and they did an excellent job. I don't think I have ever had someone make such an effort to connect with a customer like I experienced with Blaine. Fantastic employee. Will be moving across the city soon but will drive all the way across town for service like that again.

Originally, I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour to patch a tire. After the first hour goes by I get concerned as I needed to be somewhere in 45 minutes as I was sitting down in the waiting area I saw more than 12 people be serviced and talked to by my technician instead of taking off the tire or even working on the vehicle. Keep in mind I had a appointment for at least a month this small tire patch turned into a tire replacement and costed a total of 250$. In addition to this, there were numerous employees just walking around and standing while one technician was both talking and also supposed to be fixing my tire. Very disappointed at the staff and waiting time.

The employees at this location were beyond phenomenal. They answered the phone promptly, were able to respond quickly if they were able to provide a specific service. Furthermore they were very rapid and completed the service my car needed in a surprisingly timely manner. Both the manager and the mechanics were honest, quick and competent. Thanks guys.

The service was excellent. I bought tires and they helped me find good tire for a price I could afford. The service was also very fast and I was kept up to date as to what was happening. The staff was extra friendly and nice.

My daughter and 5 of of her girlfriends were spending the weekend in Nashville for their college fall break. When departing the hotel on Sunday they had a flat tire which was damaged so badly that it needed replaced and they had a 375 mile drive home. After finding one of the only tire stores open on a Sunday, the folks at Bellevue Mall took care of these ladies and gave them a very reasonable price on a replacement tire and got them back on the road right away. As a father I really appreciate them taking carte of these girls and making them feel safe. Thank you!!!
