Such beautiful plants, aesthetically stunning space, and really thoughtful touches—like the cards that go home with you reminding of the watering and care details. Love this local business.

As a plant enthusiast I love that I've found this shop. Several new varieties you don't see at normal big box shop. Plants look healthy and taken good care of. Simplistic atmosphere so the plants are the show and draw you're eyes throughout the shop. Support locally!

Beautiful plants and selection, however prices were a little steep considering how infested my plant was. I always isolate new plants from my other plants due to the possibility of infestation, but i have never seen an infestation like this before the soil kept expelling worm shells, there were centipedes, fungus gnats, mealy bugs and all just a shame. When I took the plant out of the nursery pot the root system wasn’t even strong and multiple roots were rotting. I expect these type of things from big box stores highly disappointed

Very cute little shop that had a good variety of houseplants. I found some of my wishlish plants here. Definitely will be going back soon to get some more.

Friendly staff and the plants were all in excellent, beautiful condition! They were very knowledgeable and also gave instructions for plant care and requirements with your plant. We visited Nashville for our 10 year anniversary and being a plant lover, I had to stop and get a plant to mark the occasion. So glad I picked Flora! I left with a beautiful Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma. I will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in the area.

This place is an absolute gem! Alyssa was so incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me in picking out several plants for a project. She was so knowledgeable. The selection is amazing and the quality top notch. They even potted my plants for me in the containers I purchased which felt really above and beyond. The only problem with this place is that you’re going to want to buy everything!

I had been meaning to stop by Flora for a LONG time now, and I FINALLY got to this week and was not disappointed! Walking in, everything was bright and so cute, the plants were LUSH and healthy, and I truly wanted all the pots and other well appointed books/candles/accessories in there. After browsing a bit I bought the COOLEST snake plant and cutest pot for it to go in. The super nice staff member was obviously really knowledgeable about all the plants in the store, and they even provided complimentary potting for my new plant (which was great because I was buying it as a gift for my partner - 8th anniversary gift is pottery!) When I left they handed me the cutest card with care instructions, which I almost didn't take because I was like "I know how to care for a snake plant" but turns out I do NOT know how to properly care for a snake plant so great news for this new lil guy and maybe I can revive all my other ones at home that have been drastically overwatered. Great spot - can't wait to go back.

*TL;DR at bottom.* First, I've been to Flora multiple times and purchased 8 plants. I don't love to leave bad reviews. Check my profile. I usually try to uplift incredible places and chalk up bad experiences to staff having a bad day or going through something awful and move on with my day. We all have bad days and cannot be expected to be cheery and helpful consistently! Ergo, I waited two weeks but thought I still needed to share my story. Flora's plants are gorgeous, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and follows through. However, things get sticky when you have a problem with one of their plants, as some of the reviews here state. We purchased snake plants from them last November. We paid Flora for at-home planting, and very soon after the snake plants arrived, we discovered fungus on the snake plant. We paid the $50/hour at-home planting fee for all our large plants. We paid for this even when planting took 15 minutes, at times tipping on top because we did not know how much of the fee went to the staff member (not my business). On a separate occasion, I paid for a house visit to have a staff member walk me through some of the plants' issues. I follow directions extraordinarily well, but our snake plants were a constant issue, as even new growth sprouted up diseased and dead (see photos). Having been dealing with this for nearly a year, I contacted the staff member to ask what to do. She said there were probably fungal bacteria in that soil (Flora soil) and told me to unplant, wash the roots, and replant them. I asked if a staff member could come out and help, as this was not our issue; it had been happening since the plants arrived. She said it would cost $75 for the home visit and $52 for the soil replacement. *So, here is where you can decide. I felt like I had been a really good customer. Always paid what people deserved, and I felt like I deserved a little help with their plants that had been dying since the day Flora brought them here. That random and unexplained $25 bump on a home visit hurt, tbh. I may have felt different if they had either justified it, but truly, I thought they could fix their mistake this time without my paying for it. As someone self-employed, I constantly try to fix my mistakes and still have loyal customers from 15 years ago .* As other reviews have also stated, one of our Flora plants came without roots. Half of it would fall out of the soil due to the weight of its growth, and I would just shove it back in there until it started to root. I anticipate a response from the owner listing all the things I've done wrong, as I am sure I've done, but if this behavior would make you upset to deal with, I think you could find another plant shop that would be more willing to help. TL;DR: Great plants, knowledgeable staff, expensive, and take no responsibility when (very rarely) a plant comes damaged or diseased. Edit: All my other Flora plants are thriving, so I find it hard to believe this is all me as Flora suggested in their email to me.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! ❤️ Google said they were closed, but we took a chance and they were open! If you’re a plant person, instant HEAVEN as soon as you walk in!! The store is so modern and fresh feeling, straight out of Pinterest. Very clean and organized, well-stocked with happy and healthy planties. You aren’t tripping over anything, and you can browse at your leisure while keeping a distance. Plenty of rare-ish plants to drool over, reasonable prices. I’m an aspiring plant collector from out of state. I went with my local friend, who was buying her 1st plant. I loved the variety, as an intermediate plant lover. However, I would have loved some more pothos varieties and things like spider plants. I think most ‘common’ plants are underrated, especially for new plant parents. However, I’ve only been once and I’m sure their inventory changes. Such kind and knowledgeable employees!! For travel purposes, I went small and I got a variegated string of hearts. The friendly employee helped me package it for safe travels, and I love that they provide written instructions for each plant. 10/10, such a quality plant shop!

Had a wonderful experience at Flora’s Spring Fling. I was able to purchase plants for both my home and office. They even repotted three of my plants, and gave care instructions for all plants. They went from drab to fab after their loving care. This is a great spot if you are new to plant care. It might be a little pricey to some, but I haven’t been anywhere else in town that takes the level of care they do to make sure you and your plants are happy.

Flora is the best. Amazing plants, unique and quality planters, and a variety of new plants every time I go in. The staff is always super friendly and they have answered my questions on Instagram even years after purchase. And my flora plants are thriving!
