The one lady with the red hair isn't very friendly she is always rude about everything. To the point I feel like I want to change banks.

The worst bank ever. They are also not very friendly. Also NEVER EVER DEPOSIT A CHECK HERE YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT 7 days even if they verify the check. I’m convinced with the way they act with African Americans we should never support them. Never ever trust them.

Worst bank ever! As a small business owner i get deposits from various sources, during covid19 federal funding is necessary and needed. I applied and was approved for sba funding TWICE but this BOOTLEG bank returned the funds because it came in my business name! Most banks know what is going on in the world today with businesses and funding?. Closing my account soon!

Very disapointed today. I came in & you were closed ( although online Google says your open). Saw a sign on wall stating Closed Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday). Wish I had known before I came out.

The most horrible customer service ever. At the counter or on the phone. Really unbelievable. I stood at the desk for over an hour to open an account. Ended up finding a seat. Called to get funds released and talked to 3 people who were just filling in because of high volume of calls. One person told me her department and why she couldnt help me was that basically it was not her job. 😒. I feel that the staff at branches could benefit from more training. It does not feel like the staff was that interested in my needs.

Very high turnover rate. Not a good bank to work or put your money into. They have a lot of hidden fees and untrained workers.

The worst company ever! Period! Dont trust the HR TEAM. They sneaky af! They str8 sell u a dream walking in there. Within weeks I realized I'd made a very stupid mistake accepting the job with them. They treat their employees like crap n never have their backs as a team. The management team aint bout nothing! Lazy aint the word. Taking responsibility - NEVER! Nasty & Trifling - ALWAYS! N plz dont bank here - ur account information will more than likely ve compromised 3 or more times within a month or so n the bank wont take responsibility n will charge u for any mistakes that occur. Branch mgr here well may need another post for her- beyond lazy! Dont clean anything. Lies are like non other (she should get a trophy for the stuff she comes up-really!!). Everything she touches gets left out somewhere. Seen her grab a broom for the branch 1x since i been there. The regional mgr aint bout nothing either - his whole mgnt team talks bout him behind his sweetie pie back! #gullible/will believe anything someone tells him n run with it. Gen supervisor can b cool but u will distant urself quickly because he shady af too with horrible morning breathe that last all day! Customer service is by far the worst about the job. You are hired as a CSR but do teller duties on a daily. Everything has to be approved, csr's probably call the home office 1000xs a day. Because the tellers are in Oklahoma. They pay us to pitch certain accounts n cross sells ($0.75 - $4.00) to customers even tho we kno its not a good fot. Just mke bnk #s look better. Open because of there overdraft program which if u dont pay back within 30days they chargeoff ur account report it to your credit n because they are a non forgiving bank, u will have to pay them back before u can reopen ur acct. They don't inform u of wat is going on n they never tell u bout the penalties of overdraft. They chg u 1.25 for withdrawal slips that is their way of making money off u n force u to waste checks! Needless to say i bn with company for 6mo n every month an employee has quit the branch. Now its time for me to leave. The best thing bout fsnb u get cross-trained well enough for u to move on to another bank after 6mo exp. Other banks like regions, first tn, capitol bank, southeast financial credit union will take u with 6 months exp n hire u as a personal banker making WAYYYY MORE than fsnb 10.00 per hour rate.
