I am giving this place one star because it is the minimum available they don’t accept any coupon for medication ( have to pay $35 for my eye drops that is $13 in Walmart and $15 in welgreen they have limited hours I got stuck with them because my ophthalmologist send my prescription there but never again

The service at FountainRx is second to none. They prepared a specifically compounded medication for me and shipped it to me. The medication was received within 24 hours of my call for the refill!

FountainRx is the BEST pharmacy I've ever used. Lenny, Kim, Andrea and the entire staff are amazing! Super helpful with any questions I have (which is alot) and genuinely care and take the time to help me. They have the coolest little gift shop as well, with all kinds of locally made items and gifts. They even have treats and toys for my furbaby! The customer service is really what puts them above the rest. If you're looking for a new pharmacy, check them out. They also deliver!

Angry bc they did not have my correct bank card number, which I gave them in April after it was stolen. I'm having a very rough day. And this just 1 more aggravating situation. I'll admit, she may have been having one too, Young lady simply said it was declined. I felt like i wS put on the defensive. She didn't explain or ask what the number ended in. I got angry after asking her more than 3 times why they didn't still have it. I think that was a legit question. But she said it was declined an equal number of times before I had to asker about the last 4 digits. I felt like she was accusing me of fraud. Idk why a professional business can't handle this without confusion. New payment info is a common thing. Don't telle outwardly that it was declined. Ask my info. Please. About a year ago, I called them for a refill, leaving all the pertinent info. At that time, they had my banking info on file. I waited to weeks to ask where my Rx was. I was told by the Mgr that they needed my authorization to fill it. Well, I asked if asking for the refill wasn't an authorization on its own? He drew a blank, was quiet, I said hello, he was there but didn't seem to know what to say. So I asked him again. More silence. I had no idea if he was looking for the voice-mail or just drew a blank. I got angry and told him to please just fill it, bc it was already paid. It cleared the bank, to send it soon bc I was now out of it and was afraid of w/drawal symptoms. I'm confused as to why this group of professionals has a hard time coping in their business? The young lady today blessed my day, I did likewise. And before I could ask her to save the info (2nd time), the darling, Christian, young woman hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Discourteous. Accusatory.

Best compounding pharmacy in Nashville. Every single pharmacy was out of one of the medications in my compound script; FountainRx was able to obtain the ingredient overnight for me so that I didn’t have to go a single day without my medication. Efficient, professional, and extremely caring staff.

Went into this establishment to get a covid booster vaccine. Provided my insurance card which was a Medicare PPO card. The staff declined my card stating that I had to have the "Red, White and Blue"card. As a healthcare professional I know for a fact that one does not use a traditional Medicare card for any type of medical treatment. Must use the PPO or HMO Medicare cards. They refused to accept that so I just gave up and walked out. Businesses need to know the rules before they start demanding that customer's follow the regulations and in this case they were wrong. Would not go back

The staff at this pharmacy is amazing! They’re always so welcoming and treat my fur babies amazing. When you walk in to the store it feels more like you’re walking into your friends house. I couldn’t say enough good things about Fountain Rx!!!

This pharmacy has been AMAZING every time I've used them. They already know me by name, have accommodated all of my allergies, are well-priced, and have been able to rush emergency meds on a couple of occasions. I feel comfortable with them, and that's saying a lot! I would highly recommend them.

Incredibly welcoming and professional staff. We only have a single prescription to pick up every few months, yet still stop by all the time because the staff is so friendly. Our dogs apparently feel the same, since they'll wait outside the entrance when the store closed. Beyond the atmosphere, we've been completely satisfied with the prescriptions we've picked up from this location.
