Service is typically decent, with very knowledgeable and helpful workers who answer questions. The store usually has most items in stock. However, the parking area can be a nightmare when neighboring businesses are busy, and break-time procedures can sometimes be frustrating.
Another excellent experience with great customer service. We've been gamestop customer for close to two decades. And now both of our grown boys are gamestop customers as well.

I had an amazing experience at the store. Dean, Andrew, TJ, and Toby at store 6293 were very knowledgeable and helpful when I came to pick up my silent Hill f pre-order. They went above and beyond in helping me find the collectors (steelbook) edition of the game and I'm very thankful.
