GameStop is a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for all major systems, including retro gaming. It also carries trading cards and a wide variety of gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise. Customers can sell or trade their old items for cash or store credit. Service is typically decent, with very knowledgeable and helpful workers who answer questions. The store usually has most items in stock. However, the parking area can be a nightmare when neighboring businesses are busy, and break-time procedures can sometimes be frustrating.
Had good pricing on used games, but when the controller I was looking at, had a wrong price on it, they would not honor that price. Not taking a huge amount($5), just an unusual practice to not honor what it's shown price is.

Typical GameStop in my opinion. Service was decent and parking not bad except for when the neighboring Buffalo wild wings gets busy.

Deku gave me great customer service when I came in to trade my game in. Give him a raise!
