If you ever wonder why retail is dying, look no farther than Game Stop! I bought a headset and upon opening it discovered it was broken. That alone is ridiculous. So when I go to return it, they tell me they have a strict policy that they cannot return opened boxes. They sold me a broken product and refuse to return it. Now I am refuting the charge with my card company. What a scam. You can go to literally anywhere else and buy the same thing for cheaper and have the ability to return it. Do not give this company your money!

Went in for a late night trade-in around 8:00. Daniel went absolutely above and beyond and processed our trade-in. He stayed over an hour past close to help us and was happy to do so. We were so thankful for his willingness, entertaining personality and positive attitude while we waited for the system reset!! He was kind and customer oriented! Daniel needs a raise ASAP. Next time we come we will definitley be asking for him :)

Staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we came in. The prices were right and I paid much less for my socks which were apparently on discount and the Mondolorian figurine that my son chose. I am really happy with the value and selection of products. Thanks for a great stop for my first visit!

Not to happy with Gamestop at the moment! Also stood up for you guys but now with ordering a game that supposedly was in stock for delivery.But guess what they took my points and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money to be credited... I hate I even renewed my pro membership!!! I haven't even got my points for the purchase of my new ps5. Smh this is my last year been shopping since it was EB Games. But not for long!

This GameStop location was amazing! They had great deals on their items and the customer service was amazing. Zack and Solis were super helpful and sweet. Zack blew my kids' minds when he showed them a real Poke ball. They were literally begging me to go back so they could show Zack their Pokemon cards. Thank you for the great service!

This location used to have some great staff. Seth (a bald guy with a Kratos beard who was quite knowledgeable), Kayla (a cute blonde girl with glasses who liked similar games to me), and Michael (a messy haired guy who was really friendly). That's partially why I had to transfer my services to Smyrna. It wasn't worth fighting traffic and construction to going to a location where the new guy is, I can't tell if he's stressed, rude, or just has social anxiety. So far I prefer Smyrna's location. They have a middle aged bald guy who is really friendly, a friendly girl, and a couple of young guys who seem ok. Also a cute girl (a customer) went out of her way to talk to me during a prerelease night. I may or may not bring my services back to this location. I don't know yet.
