I had the opportunity to work with Stewart when my laptop needed an operating system install. I initially had my appointment set for a later time that day, however, the air conditioning of my house went down that same day. The AC tech could only arrive during the time I initially had set for geek squad. I went into Best Buy earlier than my scheduled time in hopes I could drop my computer off early as the work needed done was pretty straight forward. Stewart was very accepting of my scheduling issue and worked me in on the spot. I didn’t have to tell him I had an appointment later that day, he was already aware, I assume from keeping a close eye on the days appointments.He was professional, polite, explained the process, and made some future suggestions for further device safety. Honestly, he was passionate about his knowledge in technology and that made me feel extremely comfortable with him and his team handling my laptop in the correct manner. It was refreshing to find someone with personal passion in their work field.I have used this geek squad team a few times now, I really only have great things to say. Thank you, team, and more notably, Stewart!

I was referred here. I was lucky because I was able to get serviced without an appointment. Chris and Stewart were so friendly. I love how Chris was honest about the outcomes; however, the worst outcome came true. Stewart followed up on the situation. My experience was pleasant.

Needed tech assistance and diagnosis. Quick appointment times, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got a new computer and they set it up for me and transferred some data to the new computer. Love these folks.

My phone screen was fixed perfectly (so far). They were very helpful in that case, it was pretty quick and easy. I went and bought an extra screen protector to put over my new screen and it took an HOUR for them to come back to me to tell me it wouldn’t work after they tried to do it with two different screens. COMPLETE waste of extra time and wouldn’t just tel me that the screen wouldn’t work. Also they only do screen repair by appointment and most likely won’t have the things to fix it. Call them before going in to make sure they have what you need fixed there.

So during the pandemic they don't come out to do home service so I have to carry a computer down a flight of stairs get to the store for them to tell me I'm late they can't help me now mind you I stood line so yea by the time you get to me I'm going to be late but I had time window and they didn't care I made it within the window.

Made reservation online to have my iPhone battery replaced. Drove over waited in line to find out it will be 2-3 days before they will get the battery in stock!!! Why did I make an appointment in the first place??? Oh and they asked me to pay for the battery upfront or they would not order.. sorry you won't get my money ever!! Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

One of their drivers cut me off in traffic and laughed after slamming on his brakes. I would expect someone driving a company vehicle to drive safer and not try to entice others to get upset on the road. The Vehicle Number was 16712. Best Buy Geek Squad.
