My husband and I just left Genesis in Green Hills. Teymur Phell helped us. He was so very knowledgeable, and not pushy in the least bit! I can’t wait to have my beautiful new piece. Genesis has been taking care of us for several years now.

I'm in the very early stages of ring shopping and we popped in really just to look & get sized. We were *blessed* to have help from Stasia, it was truly the best experience!!! Not pushy, we didn't feel rushed even though we came in as a walk in. I had so much clarity leaving having a much better idea of the style/cut/size I'm eventually looking for! 1000/10 recommend her. ❤️

I really wish I could give this place five stars, I really do.Let me start out by saying that the process of purchasing the engagement ring, wedding bands was seamless and easy and Ben made one of my most important decisions in my life very simple. My wife’s rings fit amazing.Now with that said, I did not think I would have a conflict with this establishment. It all started when I first came to resize my ring a little over a year after the original purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that when I first purchased the ring that free resizing and free engraving would be part of the bill of purchase. Now, I don’t know if that was part of the sales pitch (but it was a major influence over me purchasing the rings), because after reading the bill of purchase, I did not see this printed. Anyways, I went in to resize my ring because although it was tight when I first purchased it, i did not think it would start cutting off pressure to my finger. I told them this and I thought it was weird that when I first special ordered they did not size my finger correctly (I have not gained weight or lost weight since the wedding). Well, I felt like I was in luck when I went in because they said they could resize it with their jeweler and I would have it back within a week. I get a phone call about 3-4 days later of them apologizing and saying they could not do it and that they would need to send it to the manufacturer Verragio, I said as long as they can fix it for free I’ll be fine. Low and behold they call me back about a week later saying that they were quoted more than $600 to fix the ring. I said heck no! They rebutted with saying they would try to send it to a third party and see if they could do it. A week later I get a phone call again of them apologizing saying they cannot do it because it is two-toned and they would cause damage to the ring. They then said they would like to help me out by covering half the cost of the original jewelers (Veragio) which was still over $300. I was still appalled by all this because I thought originally that they would cover the cost of the resizing because I was informed when I purchased it that I could resize it for free. You would think after spending over $10,000 with them that they would just cover the cost of the resizing. But now my “ring” gets to be a useless circle sitting inside my wife’s jewelry box while I get to use a $5 silicon ring in its place. Just baffles me that a place that is thought in such high regard would be able to do some thing about this situation instead of me trying to fork up another $600 for a ring that already cost $2100. I’m just disappointed, because this whole process took almost two months (between calls and going there to check on it) and now I’m just stuck with the same ring that does not fit.Hope this was helpful to any possible new customers.

I recently visited Genesis in Green Hills to purchase a setting for a special piece. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessionalism of the representative named Taimoor.Upon entering the shop, I was assigned to Taimoor, who appeared disinterested from the start. Despite knowing exactly what I wanted, Taimoor insisted that I browse around, wasting precious time. After expressing my preferences, he assured me he would return promptly, but he vanished for an eternity, leaving me standing there, bewildered and unattended.To my dismay, I found Taimoor lurking in the corner, seemingly oblivious to his duty of assisting customers. His lack of attention and disregard for customer service left me feeling utterly neglected and frustrated.Needless to say, I will not be returning to Genesis and will actively discourage my family and friends from patronizing this establishment. It's disheartening to encounter such incompetence and indifference, especially when making significant purchases. Save yourself the hassle and seek out a jewelry shop where customer satisfaction is a priority.
