I’ve never had issues with this company until I moved into my current subdivision and met our property manager: Keene Miller. She incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unkind. During our Zoom annual meeting, I’ve had multiple neighbors text me about how she rolled her eyes at me anytime I spoke. She’s yelled at me over the phone while trying to show off her “dominance” over the situation. Yesterday she came to our subdivision and got smart with a neighbor about her having toys in the yard. There’s a way to approach people, and her way isn’t it. Ghertner & Company, you all need to do better at coaching your employees.

This company conducts illegal business practices. They will recruit other residents to collect false information to support their illegal and unethical practices. They will lie and they will hide behind their social media platforms. Their workers Travis and social media manager Jaye or also liars as well. They are bullies and if you read other reviews (i.e. Google and Yelp), these are consistent behaviors. If you are interested in providing additional information to expose this company, please contact Consumer Specialist Office of Tennessee Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs (P.O. Box 20207 Nashville, TN 37202-0207). We are currently finalizing proof of their illegal behaviors and we be releasing it through the media soon. Hopefully by exposing these individuals, these behaviors will stop.UPDATE PLEASE READ:Although this company believes they are the only one with a reputable attorney. I will CONTINUE going to each review site and WARN others about their illegal practices. I have the emails from LISA PROVING this woman is being used as a peeping-Tom in the neighborhood and takes pictures while "walking her dog".Dear Jaye,Please seek an attorney. We are ready and waiting to expose YOUR lies! Also, we have pictures and recordings as well to back up all of our accusations. We will see you in court.

All they care about is making money. My fee went up 25% to $211. When I asked why they said it was to cover the common areas. Looking at the services they provide have gone down for example, yearly washing of the fences and painting of the house doors, or even cutting the grass in the backyard. All of those services are gone and is now the homeowners responsibility. What makes it worse they clean the gutters out back in February 2023 fall gets here the gutters are full. Of course they don’t clean them out when they should and the ice from the storm just drip down onto my water Spicket causing it to burst and all they say it’s my responsibility even though they should’ve cleaned the gutters after the fall. They are horrible company. I live here in Lenox Village and I surely wouldn’t recommend anybody moving here due to the HOA being so bad.

I live in the Westfield neighborhood in Bellevue and they can’t even salt or plow our neighborhood!!! Thick snow, which has now turned into ice, is thru out the whole neighborhood. We can’t even turn without sliding! I pay all this for HOA fees and can’t even do the bare minimum for our safety ??

I’ve lived in a Ghertner managed community for the past 4 years, and Becca has been a great support of our neighborhood!We’re moving to another Ghertner managed community, and Ann is already making the transition super easy! She’s ensured that we have all the paperwork we need to install a fence before we’ve even moved, and even helped make sure everything I submitted was clear.

I had a FANTASTIC experiences with two representatives from our new HOA management company, Ghertner & Co!Spoke with Anahy on 01.13.2021 and Lori on 01.14.2021 regarding some issues I was having pertaining to making a payment and a mix up with the bank.Both Anahy and Lori could not have been more professional, patient and knowledgeable!!We are off to a great start if these two representatives are an example as to the quality of employees Ghertner & Co recruit!!Both Anahy and Lori are simply theBEST OF THE BEST!! Refused to provide photographic evidence of alleged violation, claiming the photo was deleted in the system.Response to owner: you shouldn’t be proud of yourself for charging a fine when there is no evidence because it didn’t happen. Thank God, I have cameras on my property to prove the management company flat out lied. Consider taking ownership instead of standing behind the blatant discrimination.If this happened to you, or a loved one, you wouldn’t be pleased or willing to pay a fine when you are innocent and have proof.

This company/ HoA is among the worst! They charge you for things that have not happened with no proof! If i could call the senator or the president I would!! Please stay clear of them! If there was an exclusive registry to make people aware of them I would sign them up!!!! Next is channel 2 and 5 news!

HOA sent a newsletter indicating that new guidelines for trash violations would be enforced as of May 1, 2023.We received notice on April 14, 2023 that our trashcans were out of compliance and in violation ahead of the targeted date(May 1st) as communicated to the neighborhood. Per the old guidelines, we were not in violation, but because they CHOSE to implement the new guidelines before schedule we were then "in violation." I have kept proof that we were not in violation but they don't care about any of that.I DO NOT RECOMMEND moving anywhere that this company oversees! We were with an HOA before we moved into our new home and never had such issues. They refuse to communicate properly but take our money willingly. We rarely write negative reviews but we felt that this one was warranted and long overdue. Please, BEWARE!!
