Rude and unprofessional associate at the counter asking me to put down credit card "right now" to buy a subscription for protein bars when J was checking out. I will buy protein bars whenever and wherever I want to - not on a subscription at GNC. He was horribly rude and even snapped his fingers and said "you can put your credit down now, the subscriptions easier. I walked out and bought protein bars at Walgreens. If you want rude, entitled associates demanding your card "right now" for a protein bar mailing subscription then this is the place for you.

I called before visiting GNC Donelson and I spoke with “Moe”. She was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and she assured me GNC Donelson had the particular product in stock. I arrived maybe 1 hour later and Moe not only remembered me calling her but she also did more research about the product I was looking for and offered me 2 options and explained to me the difference between the two products. Moe signed me up the GNC rewards program and explained to me all of the benefits I would gain. I’m writing this review because you don’t come across great customer service these days. She was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. What more can a customer ask for. Thank you Moe! GNC you have a great employee on your hands!! I hope the right people see this review. She made me day! Moe is her nickname I believe her government name is madelyn Something like that I can’t remember but I do remember Moe :)
