Went in to look for a supplement and the guy with the purple hair was very rude. Never addressed me when I walked in and didn’t help me thoroughly. Very rude experience will never return to this location EVER

I bought something out of your store in Hermitage, TN, 02.05.2025 and was asked for all my personal info just to check out. I said no and the guy said I have to give it to him for me to get a receipt. So, I did, and then I discovered he signed me up for a GNC membership with all my info and put me in the database I didn't want to be in. This was a straight privacy and data illegal action and I need to know how to contact the legal team. Nobody should be lied and manipulated to give a store their personal info just so they can look good and make new memberships.

So I’ve driven the extra 20 minutes and shopped at VShoppe for at least 5 yrs now. Honestly I never thought about coming into GNC bc I thought they were an older company that probably wasn’t up to date on the newer stuff, but just so happens my wife and I were eating out and when we came out saw the GNC and she said she needed to run in there for something. We were greeted by, who we later found out was Courtney, the manager. She asked if we needed help and we said we were just looking I went towards the back and my wife stayed up front Never thought I’d say that a shopping experience at this GNC was nothing short of The store is spotless and well organized which immediately sets it apart from other locations I’ve been to The manager, Courtney Paris, made my visit unforgettable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs, guiding me to the perfect choices.
Courtney’s friendly and approachable attitude made me feel so comfortable. She even offered samples, which was fantastic because I got to try things before committing to a purchase. She also filled me in on all the current promotions, saving me money while getting exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to find a store where the staff genuinely cares about your experience, but Courtney and her team absolutely do. This will be my go-to GNC from now on. Highly recommend checking it out!

Nice, clean store. Small but very organized. Packages were neat and ready for pickup. The guys working there were nice and friendly.

It’s 5:51 on a Monday and it’s closed. Supposed to open till 7. Trying to get test pills so I can expedite this summer body and act like I don’t know nobody. SMH!!!!

Disorganized! The store has unstocked boxes laying everywhere. Difficult to find anything. Sales person minimally helpful. Store new and better management apparently.

I understand that today is Christmas Eve and everyone wants to go home. However, if someone calls to confirm what time you close (2pm) why would you close earlier? Just don’t freaking open and save us all the trouble.
