Staff is always courteous and helpful. The selection was expansive and organized by item type, size, and color. The price was well designated.

Always love the hunt looking for treasures, took mom there for her birthday (we love thrift stores, it's a family thing) and when we arrived the local fire dept was there due to someone accidentally pulling the alarm. We took advantage of the opportunity and got a birthday selfie.

The Goodwill Outlet Center is on the property: a room of bins for unbelievable prices, such as 59 cents a pound for books, but visitors must sort through the bins, which feels as though being a dumpster diver. Sifting through others' perceived junk is as looking for hidden treasures. Worth a look, as I found some! The store, itself, is organized and well-lit with fair prices though a bit higher than other thrift-type places. Always worth a stop and look-see.

Friendly staff who get to know regulars. Great management in helping with a return issue that was outside of what would be a normal return. Clean store but does have a more limited amount of items of other area stores- Corporate please send them more treasures- the staff here is outstanding and deserves more sales :)

I have many clients who give me quite a bit to donate, I choose to donate to Goodwill. The Goodwill I used to go to in Murfreesboro, the employees were always smiling, talkative and they helped unload my car. That was Murfreesboro. This one, here in Nasville have the most unkind, rude, lazy people, I have ever encountered at a Goodwill donation. The only exception, is this one young man .... even with his face mask on, you can tell he is smiling, he is also very polite, talkative and helpful. He should train the rest of the employees there!

Good clothes but I couldn’t use my GOODWILL GIFTCARD and the girl wouldn’t speak so I have no idea why I wasn’t able to use it. Wouldn’t go back because of that

Great service but no selection what's so ever. Gallatin is leading in my opinion.

Out of the three employees I saw, only one was wearing their mask over their mouth and nose. The other two had their noses uncovered.
