Staff was great. Had a tire protection plan for my RV, they handled all the communication with it and had it done as quick as they could. If I’m ever in the Nashville area again in the future and have any tire needs, I will return!

Arrive at 11:50am for a new tire. The guy up front, I guess the secretary, was eating and when I arrived he put his lid on his food, slammed his fork on the top and acted as if he was aggravated that I was even there. Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever had, extremely rude, impolite and I can assure you I’ll never come back or recommend this shop again. As a business owner, I would immediately fire the guy for this type of experience. Word of mouth means everything, one bad experience can affect a company. Hopefully this rude employee will get some type of training on how he treats customers.

Workers are A-1 awesome guys, old dude running the shop<- needs a raise and laid badly <- he's rather unpleasant to deal with sadly this one of the only places to get it fixed though so I'll be back not by choice but do to services needed. Fair priced? Not really, once again only place that changes commercial tires.

Got me in right away to balance my tires. I've been driving cross country and had a shake that I decided I couldn't ignore anymore. All the fellas there were wicked friendly and honest. The guy working with me pointed out that one of my tires was really bad and it wouldn't be safe to continue on it. I had noticed it didn't look great, but had no idea how bad it was. I appreciate that they cared and didn't just balance it and put it back on.
