Wow! I always think I don’t wish to leave a lousy review. But this place deserves it. The stars are for the staff who were at least respectful and friendly enough. I made an 8am Saturday appointment to get 4 new tires, thinking at worst it might be a 1-2 hour wait. It took almost 4. I waited the first 2 hours and finally asked what progress was being made. I was told eventually that they had sent 4 tires over but 1 tire didn’t match. So, they had to have someone get the other matching tire. I was also told that some folks had come in late, some had called out sick. All of that is understandable, but why not give me that information up front so I can decide for myself if I want to sit for 4 hours to get new tires. The gal was nice enough to not charge me for the labor charge. But I already had gotten a discount special, she just didn't charge me the additional $40. So I got paid $10/hour to waste my Saturday morning getting my tires replaced. Another guy had come in at the same time as me to get his tire patched and he was done in less than an hour. But to top it off, I ended up talking to a couple who had come in around 9am with a screw in their tire. They had their 2 year old with them. They had waited 3 hours already just to get the screw removed and tire patched, and were still waiting when I left. I have no problem with “issues” that crop up in a place of business. If you had communicated everything during the process I would’ve been able to make a decision. One tip the gal told me was that the afternoons tend to be less busy. I guess I’d also recommend asking up front how long will the service take. And keep checking in once an hour. Good luck to future customers!

Steve is a dishonest man. Uncommunicative and rude. This staff is dishonest, rude and incompetent. I showed up for a basic tire repair, this is where I had my warranty. Then i need a rim. Fine. Then i drop my car off and am told 2-3 days…6-7 days later, after calling and being told a time to pick up, i show up and then am told the tire is there and we’re waiting on the rim…the next day it’ll be done by 11 am but I call at 2 pm and now we’re waiting on the tire and not the rim…said they shipped it to Jackson, TN. As if that’s even a similar spelling error for this incompetent staff. Steve claimed to have only been there a week and demanded an apology, when he was the person who helped me a few months ago with the original tire. See: Liar. Also, they are charging more than what I was quoted elsewhere when I just left, tried to get a new tire added on, and had the car for a full week. Steve is both a liar and incompetent. Apparently they can’t do a good job nor tell the truth, nor even give service worth the higher cost…
Steve is also a comedian. He said “sir, don’t come back here again” as I left. What a concept. As if I was coming back. You cant fix a tire in a week, be honest on a phone call, nor understand the American zip code system…Good humor Steve, I wouldn’t let you lick mud off my car…you said it’s not on you, but you’re the one i gave and got my car from on both ends! What a guy, Steve!

Made an appointment on a Thursday in person for a Saturday morning 8am appointment for a brake check and to check if my tire had a nail or anything because it was the second time I went to them because the tire told me I needed air. Showed up maybe 10 min late and they took my info but I've already gave it them . The lady who checked me up said it might take an 1hr or 1and a 1/2 to check it up. I was cool with that. It was almost 12 pm and I told the lady how much longer because my car wasn't even looked it was parked where I parked it at 8am and on top of that I had my two kids with me , hungry and fend up of how long it took . Took them till almost 1 pm to tell me there was nothing wrong and handed me my keys . This is outrageous. Bad experience. The place is also filthy on top of that filled with spiderwebs and grossed out bathroom. Don't waste your time there . You will be there all day long

This is one of the worst places. Over ah hour and a half for an oil change is crazy when anywhere else can do it in 15 min. And that’s that I made an appointment!
I also asked to have my tires checked. Was told they were good after my service and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before immediately turning around and pulling back in when my tire light came on. Stepped out of the car to see it completely flat! They filled it up and sent me in my way anyway. Had to come back the next morning when my tire was flat again.. this time I was told my tires were bald and had wires showing. This is how they sent me on the road! If you have a commercial vehicle you have to bring here I feel sorry for you. If you have a personal vehicle please take it anywhere else!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. They don’t know what they are doing and act like they were just hired or something. I’ve had to call other Goodyears to make tickets for services they didn’t know they offered. Ordered wrong parts for my car and had me waiting weeks just to tell me it was the wrong part when I got there for my appointment. Save your time and go somewhere else.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Complete disaster of a shop. I made an appointment online for 12pm for a simple oil change. When I arrived they didn’t have it in their system. You can look at other 1 star reviews and notice that I’m not the only person this happened to. The operator Heather then informed me it would be 45minutes to 1 hour. After an hour and a half wait I reached out to Heather and asked on an update. She said it would be another 15 minutes (without checking with anyone). I can see in the shop that everyone is moving like they’re hung over or looking at their phones. 30 minutes later I checked in again after noticing my car still hadn’t moved. At this point I asked for my keys and told them I was going somewhere else. Once the manager finally got involved he told me my oil had already been changed and they were looking for an Air Conditioner compressor quote this whole time? I was only in for an oil change and didn’t need an ac part replaced. After almost 3 hours I get in my car and notice on the invoice that they wrote 0W20 oil and didn’t put the correct oil in my car 5W30. I called them up and told me it was an error on the invoice and they did actually note the correct oil on the tech sheet. I honestly cant put into words how disorganized and unprofessional this shop is.

The service is hit or miss at this location. They will tell you that you need services that you do not. I absolutely only go to them if I must. If not for my tire warranty I would have cut ties awhile ago. I could write a novel on all of the issues and inconveniences that I have had at this location, but I won’t. Please go there on a day that the Master Technician is there, if not you may have to make a second trip here. Willie is a nice guy though and is helpful most times.

I need to get tires and an Oil change. The service man that helped me was Willie. This man made me aware of things going on and things about to happen so I could be proactive in correcting.
Willie was able to advise on services I needed now and helped to keep it in my budget with a game plan to address the other issues. He was friendly and funny and very helpful. I will definitely continue to trust Goodyear with associates like him. Thank you.

Stay away from Goodyear!!! Awful experience!! Made appt for simple oil change online. Relayed all my vehicle info and vin and given estimated total of $58.44. Upon checking in at 1pm for appt was told total would be $64. After waiting 3 hours of no communication, I was advised my vehicle was ready and now the total cost was $83.58 with no clear explanation as to why. As I stated they had all my vehicle info from the onset, so no reason for $25 price difference. I think this is called bait and switch and I am livid. Please spread the word and take your business elsewhere!!!

I had a great experience at this location today. I had a tire that needed to be patched and was in and out in an hour. Not to mention the employee that helped was super friendly!

Malcolm is the one I spoke with at store. He was so friendly, patient, kind and got me in and out in no time so I wouldn’t be late to work. I will use them again a positive experience!!

They are very kind and even do certain car care checks for free of charge. I took my Mercedes to them and although they are not able to work on my truck however they did identify the problems at hand. Definitely recommend!
