Beautiful Hotel, everyone was professional, courteous, and wonderfully efficient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a very unique combination of subtle elegance and smart technology features. The views at night from the rooftop would have made it a great find on its own! We were easily able to walk from the hotel to the bridgestone arena.Walkability: Easy access to Nashville's main strip.

Great hotel - strategic location, nice rooms, and great service. There was a lady in the Grange (their restaurant) named Afaa - she was such a delightful person. Clearly loves her job.

10/10!! DJ and his team at Check In were so kind and welcoming! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The pool is gorgeous, so grateful it's open and heated in the winter.

I stayed this past weekend for my birthday and I had a fantastic experience. The room was so clean, the view was great and the concierge even gave me free cupcakes for my birthday. 10/10 customer service. I wish I could leave more stars. If I'm ever back in Nashville I will definitely stay here again.

Exquisite accommodations and everywhere you turned were smiling professionals, the front desk, the concierge service, and the Valet parking was only $60 for a full 24 hours. Hourly parking across the street was $8 hour. Highly recommend The Grand Hyatt. 25 floors. 6 classy restaurants, gorgeous art and just incredibly beautiful. I will return next time I'm in Nashville for a stay.

This is a quality hotel. The room was first class. The bed was firm but the pillows were like down feather pillows. The windows were from floor to ceiling and the view of downtown Nashville is impressive. Service was great good restaurant at the hotel with great room service and a great sit down restaurant. I wanted food at 3am and the front staff opened the the little store inside the hotel and let me shop by myself to get snacks. The cars are required to be valeted and it’s around $50 a night for that service so remember to add that to your budget.

We had a 3-night stay at this hotel right before Thanksgiving. This was our second stay this year, and we have been thoroughly pleased each time. This is a fairly new hotel, and it shows in its impressive lobby and well-appointed rooms and suites. Every member of the staff we interacted with was professional and kind. The swimming pool is really nice and a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. The gym is solid with plenty of cardio options and a dumbbell rack. The club is one of the best domestically, certainly one of the best in the Hyatt chain. The hotel is located on Broadway but a few blocks away from all the hustle and bustle. It is pretty quiet, which we prefer as a family. If you want to hit up the bars it’s an easy 10-minute walk. There is a lot of construction going on near the hotel, but we did not notice any noise or traffic issues. In summary, this is our go-to property in Nashville, and we look forward to going back in 2024.Rooms: Modern and well-appointed.

The hotel is very nice - clean, comfortable, convenient to everything, and modern. Decor is well done. While I heard the occasional door close, its insulated walls make for a very peaceful and quiet stay. The gym was small, but it has everything you need (weights, kettle bells, treadmills, peloton bikes, etc.) for a workout on the go. Service is a little slow. It didn't feel like they was enough staff for the volume of people at the conference. Additonal, I called to plan an event associated with the conference and never heard back after multiple attempts.Rooms: Very nice and the technology is fantastic! I want to rewire my entire house. :-)Walkability: Close to everything

Great hotel location, get to major attractions and other areas of Nashville with ease. Note that part of the hotel rooms face train tracks, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for rooms facing downtown. I got a downtown facing room upon request, so I slept well. The rooms are comfy and large. Have robes, nespresso machine, and many bathroom amenities for your stay. They have valet only for parking. Its convenient you text to receive your car, and they advise you it will be 10 to 15 minutes to get the car. If you advise the valet you need to run in and out, they will leave the car out front for you. The whole hotel staff from the valet, front desk, guest services on the phone, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would be my preferred location for Nashville visits.

I am writing this review because I have never set foot in a hotel with nicer staff. From the doorman (Ralph) to the service team that supported our conference - it was noticeable and there were absolutely no exceptions. Ralph had my bags out of the taxi and at the front desk before I had even finished paying my bill. Hotel is beautiful, but the staff are what truly made it a special experience.

This hotel is very close to downtown. We walked multiple times and we felt very safe. Everyone was very nice and the rooftop was wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
