Horrible, disorganized, awful service, clearly focused on making the deal and then abandoning you. father/son operation, both have zero clue how to even be nice, much less design kitchens. Premade cabinets fell apart with just a small leak, they were stymied as to how to repair, both father and son complained how busy they were and how long it took to get a replacement cabinets. We ended up hiring a carpenter who repaired the cabinet in an hour for $200 after waiting months for someone to even figure out the son forgot to even order the cabinet. Their yelp reviews are 2.8 which is super generous given our experience.

I was driving down Briley Parkway this morning and one of their vans passed me, going at least 90. They were going so fast. I couldn’t get the van information! Be aware, they are unsafe!!!

We had a great experience with team designing and installing the cabinets in our home. Some shortcuts were taken in master bathroom area and they didn't come back to address them after multiple attempts but we never posted a negative review. Two years later, we decided we wanted to make some modifications. HORRIBLE customer service. Literally took me two years to get a call through and they basically said they aren't interested in helping you no matter how much your willing to pay. Sad thing is that we were willing to pay. This company chases new business and doesn't care about previous customers. Buyer beware!!!!Living with regret we chose this company for our kitchen designer.

Run....do not walk...run away. A complete disgrace to service. Very unfortunate as they have a phenomenal selection...but then expect problems. Ordered 3 chandeliers as a few light bulbs. All three boxes arrived caved in as of they were drop kicked. Bent and damaged - every one of them. Ordered 6 light bulbs and they billed and sent 200...so it begins...you buy here and you get to be your own customer service rep. This is where it makes me stupid. I ordered again...a very simple light for our front porch. First one arrived in 2 weeks- broken glass. Re-ordered....second one arrived - broken glass. Made calls- no return calls...drive down and was told they would give me the one off the floor. Any at the front was dismissive and even got the "eye rolls"...news flash...lots of people unemployed now- don't volunteer. Finally got it resolved, but only because I became my customer service rep. By the way, no apology , no acknowledgment of performance gaps and then attitude. Run.

Yes, great at first, then it goes downhill. Their cabinet line is top quality & the installation was spot on. The issues are in customer service -- I agree with the previous review in that Brooke is great at first but after install you'll never be able to get in touch - she doesn't return calls or answer email. The owner was aware of some issues and came out-- made a show of fixing the problem but in actuality it wasn't resolved. I can no longer refer clients to them, as their bad customer service will ultimately reflect on me. I know there are other reputable and quality cabinet companies out there.

Renovating our home I went to Ferguson's Plumbing supplies for fixtures. I have used Ferguson in our last home and wanted to use them again. I can't say enough nice things about Ferguson's choices. I went to Great Kitchens. Brooke Puetz was very knowledgeable and seemed helpful...at first. I received a picture of a few cabinets and a proposed cost of 30,000. Prior to leaving the store, Brooke said she would send me a list and itemize the costs. The email I received was as follow: "You would be looking around $30,000 for your cabinets (kitchen, dining, and extra storage room), give or take depending on if add or take away anything. Price Includes... -Tax -Delivery -Installation -Hardware -Roll out trays -Pull out trash can Let me know if you to finalize things and work on more firm numbers and drawings!" I contacted Brooke by email and followed up with phone calls. Radio silent. My husband called Great Kitchens and didn't hear anything. Obviously Great Kitchen doesn't need customers. The renovation experience has been interesting. I will be posting about the good bad and ugly of the experiences. My recommendation: Williams Cabinets in Smyrna, owner Donnie is extremely helpful.

We have done business with these folks for 7 years now, on all our kitchen wear, and we love everything about them. Honest, professional and very helpful for sure. Aaron is one of the most delightful employees to work with.
