On Dec 16th of 2023 my husband and I had the pleasure of shopping at the Greenhill Mall location. Christine was our Gucci representative that took care of our shopping needs. When I tell you she went above and beyond to make our shopping experience a great one I really mean it. We will definitely be shopping at this location again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I came to look at shoes I asked a older male guy that was playing with a mini silver fidget spinner where was the shoes he said that he was a guard, he absolutely looked like Gucci's staff member & seems that he doesn't pay attention to the costumers so unprofessional...I love how Ms.Megan helped us she was so nice & gave us options & advise for future references...Nice staff but it's a high end store to have an elderly guard that plays with a fidget spinner, they been robbed so many times its been on the news now I see why...Thank you Ms.megan for your helpKeep up the awesome job

I went to repurchase items that I had lost over the years and Patricia was the nicest most respectful and charming Gucci representative I've ever had! I've shopped at Bal Harbor Miami Gucci to NYC Gucci and she was an exemplary associate! I will be back to see her! Delightful experience and service here at Green Hills Gucci.

Y’all! Let me just tell you how amazing this Gucci store is! I did not intend to make a purchase - but Justin! Boy did Justin come through. His personality for one, is what really got me - he was patient and so kind! So, I ended up purchasing anyway!Go see them! Ask for Justin!

My recent visit at Greenhills store was wonderful. Was particularly looking for a bag, but is not available anymore, kinda disappointed.☹️But lo and behold Justin had enticed me to look for other options and showed me other items that I didn’t even know about. So to make story short, I had purchased 4 beautiful items, that I was not planning to acquire, but because of a very friendly approach, not being pushy or treating me like I cannot afford anything there, made me feel so special and happy. Justin made my decision very easy. Best customer service I’ve gotten at these type of luxury stores, hands down. Way to go Justin!!!Thank you for helping me and mailing 2 items so quickly and packaged so beautifully . You said nobody can tell me nothing, so sweeet!!!?? ??

I will not be buying anything from this store again! I had previous in store purchases from here. I decided to buy a purse through the SA I had used prior! She didn't email me my receipt I had to ask her for it.. which I got it finally in my box that I received .. I asked her prior to ship to open the bag and look over everything to make sure there wasn't any flaws! Which she said she would. I received my bag today ! Horrific I opened it to find corrosion and black on the hardware ! I texted and called her immediately and sent pics ! She acted like oh no big deal n said I could ship it back and she would send me a label to shipBack ! The manager called me acted like it was no big deal 3,100 dollars is a big deal!!! He offered to ship me another bag after he received this one ! No thank you ! You can keep your corroded bags to yourself! Gucci do better ! Get better people that actually care about selling a luxury bag! This is sad! I or my step son will not be doing business with Gucci in Nashville Tennessee ! They don't look over items even if you ask them !

I was gifted a Diana for my 70 birthday; a surprise. Recently we had a break-in. And my handbags were stolen. So my goddaughter flew to Memphis, from Miami to help me celebrate, and deliver the Diana. I carried the handbag once to dinner the next evening, and once to church. A total of two times. I noticed after the second time there was some discoloration on the smaller straps. I contacted customer care via the 800# and was advised they would have someone call me from the nearest store. But I had to call three times before someone texted me about the handbag.A Meghan from the Nashville store started a discussion with me about the issue. She offered to send me a shipping label for "customization", but that was not my biggest concern. I informed Meghan that I preferred to travel the 3 1/2 hour drive to the store. After many texts and questions Meghan thought I should speak with a more experienced associate. It took 3 days for him to reach out to me.. An Andrew texted me, and I gave the specifics of the issue. He then called me and we spoke about the defects and customization. He placed me on hold and verified the purchase. Then he consulted with his manager; per Andrew. I was advised that he would place a handbag on hold for me until December 27, 2022.He instructed me to bring the handbag in and he would exchange it for a new one. When I arrived in the store I had to wait for 42 minutes before Andrew assisted me, Meghan begin to share that she would set - up the monogram machine to make it ready. She examined my handbag and I showed her the discoloration. Andrew finally examined my handbag and acknowledged the discoloration. He went away to consult with his manager, he returned and informed me that an exchange was Not possible. I asked to speak with the manager. A young Caucasian male came over and examined my handbag also. And informed me that I had caused the damage to the bag and he would Not honor the promise Andrew made to me.I called my goddaughter at that time and she also spoke with the manager. He was very condescending, and rude. I witnessed another customer exchanged her bags while I was waiting on Andrew, and it was in terrible condition. Of course I understood that as a women of color I was not afforded the same treatment or empathy for my situation. During the 40 minute wait, I noticed that the ** clients were offered champagne and none of the clients of color were offered anything, including myself. Andrew informed me that the handbag would "automatically" become "discolored" from just carrying it. So No problem... I was very very disappointed for wasting my valuable time, the dishonesty and poor professionalism. They are in need of Diversity training immediately!Thank you.

I can’t rave about Gucci and their employees enough! By far the best shopping experience Nashville has to offer. Christine and Kaitlyn go above and beyond for me and my husband. They really take the time to get to know us, our style, and suggest pieces for us. We love visiting Gucci and stop by frequently because of the relationships we’ve made. If you’re in Nashville, a stop to Gucci is a MUST! I haven’t had one bad experience with anyone there!
