The people behind the Gunner Company are hands down the best in the business. I have ordered several kennels and many accessories from GUNNER, and the service is always incredible, and the build quality of the products is second to none. There is no doubt in my mind that "Man's best friend deserves man's best kennel!" They are safe and proven, time and again, and I can assure you that once you go GUNNER you wont go back! My dogs will never ride in any other crate than their G1 Large. They love them and so do I.Once my yellow lab, Bear outgrew his G1 Intermediate, I cleaned it up and gifted it to my best buddy who lives across the street, for his birthday, starting off his journey with his brand new 11 week old chocolate lab. I have to say these guys are really committed to what they sell. I have a gunner kennel that is 6 to 7 years old. And I started having problems with my door not closing properly. I got in contact with them, and Brian was the gentleman who helped me out. I sent him pictures of my issue and a copy of my purchase, and he, without a problem or hassle, sent me a new door with a frame and latch!!! I am officially impressed!!! I have never received customer service of this caliber EVER!!! So nice to know I made the right choice when I purchased their product!!! I received the door kit assymbly, installed it without an issue, and it now works just like the day I bought it! Keep it up, guys!!! Gunner now has a customer for life!!! Thanks for everything!

This is a top notch company that cares about their customers and their fellow dog companions. I purchased the G1 Large Kennel, Chew Kit Accessories and orthopedic pad in anticipation of our new Giant Schnauzer puppy's arrival. I wanted the very best for him and was excited about this purchase. We had a temporary wire crate for him until he grew into this. Shortly after his arrival to us we unfortunately soon found out that my spouse was allergic to the pup and were forced to find him a new home. This caused us great heart ache and financial loss for everything we had purchased for him. Gunner Kennel worked with me on the return of the un used merchandise with care and compassion.Sometimes its not all about money. Thank you Gunner Kennel for making a hard decision and loss a bit easier on us.

Received my Gunner today and let me tell you it is super sturdy super easy to put together too. The shipping was incredibly fast and customer service is the best. Not only do I love the look and durability of the Gunner larger my GSD loves it too. Great product and company. Also.. they sent a sticker so that makes it an even better win!

By far the best quality crate I’ve seen or put my hands on. Directions for assembly are straight forward and it’s very easy to put together straight out of the box. However, putting it together with the all weather kit was an absolute freaking NIGHTMARE. I’m going to lose my #!*% if I ever have to take it apart and put it back together again, unless it’s without the all weather kit.. Then it’s cake. You’ve been warned. Overall, I’d still buy it again, because I love my dog and he is as safe as it’s going to get in this thing. Also, I live in the rainy PNW, so it is what is and we have to have the infuriating all weather kit.
