I called the hotel to make adjustments to my reservation only to have the worst service. The evening worker “Unique?” did not want to help. She was rude and would not give her name, told me I need to come to the front desk and get her name off her name tag. That's not how you treat a frequent traveler who is loyal to the Hilton brand. Super disappointed!!

Very nice people. I had eye surgery at 8 in the morning and check in is at 3pm. They accommodated us at 830 am with no hassle due to the circumstances. My wife works 6 pm to 6 am so it was nice for her to be able to rest and take my child with us.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: No hazards and nice areaFood & drinks: Nice breakfast for the kids

What a great place to stay! Front desk staff was excellent. The entire place was clean. Wide hallways, but unfortunately, you can hear everything from loud, ignorant guests walking the halls. They offer complimentary coffee/tea and popcorn. The shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good, too. Scrambled eggs, cheese omlette, waffles, sausage links, potatoes, bagels, and cereals. Fabulous Martin's Bar-B-Que is across the street that serves great smoked food. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I reserved two rooms and they were most comfortable and clean. One room had an issue with the rolling blind, but the staff corrected it. Thank you.

Room 525 was not ready on 01/27/2024We came in to a bed not made and trash in the bathroom. I had gone down to ask the lady if they could clean it for us. She advised they would. They never came to clean the room. My friend had to sleep in a dirty bed. Reaching out to manager for a refund.

We stayed here the night before surgery. People smoking in their room, slamming doors, running the halls, and loud til midnight and it started settling down. This was on a Tuesday night not a weekend! We wasn’t expecting this at a Hampton. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. A queen sheet was put on a king size bed. The location to the hospital is great though and why we chose to stay.

One of the worst experiences...bathroom was dingy and moldy, tub wouldn't drain (so, you would be standing in ankle deep water in a 5 min shower), there were 2 fridges in the room in the beginning of our stay, and one defrosted and leaked on the carpet. Additionally, we asked for a late check out and was told we had to ask on Sun. On Sun morning at 6am, I asked about late check out and was told I had to wait for first shift at 8am. At 8:03, my wife asked and was told they already met the quota, and that she had been there since 7.

The lobby wants to be upscale, but the customer service and other details prevent it.My sister and I shared a room there after our mothers surgery at Vanderbilt. Details like broken window blinds in common use rooms are a really bad look considering the cost.The room itself was noisy - the toilet ran, and the walls were so thin that I could hear every time someone exited from the door at the end of the hall. It was not a restful place to sleep that was so desperately needed.My sister complained this morning about the swim team that created so much chaos and unrest last night.Rooms: Bed was comfortable, but the room was noisy. Paper-thin walls stood not make a good night's sleep. I could hear the squeak of the outside door every single time someone went out that door. The toilet ran sporadically throughout the night, disturbing the few quiet moments in the night.

Check-in and check-out staff were horrible. At check in, clerk could not tell I already paid thru third party and check out they charged my card again for room. Then, when called 2 clerks lied having managers on site but then said all gone. Also, as usual, despite requesting 10 days in advance for non-port sausage for breakfast, during stay they said, "chicken and turkey are on scheduled days." For 3 breakfasts, all they had were pork as if they are still living in 20th century, out of touch with 21st century demography.
