Whoever the manager is on Lebanon Pike needs to be fired. One of the rudest people I've ever dealt with, and I'm sure harbor freight is unaware of his actions otherwise he would have long been relieved of his duties.
Spent thousands of dollars at this place, to be treated like a street hustler. Was told that I could not return my item unless I gave them a phone number when I initially purchased it, which is beyond ridiculous.
Furthermore the item did not work out of the box brand new. It's not like I took something home, broke it, and then tried to return it. Literally still in the packaging. Be sure that you check their refund policies before dealing with this place.
The moral of the story is, that I was denied a refund because I didn't provide a phone number so they could sell my data to a third party, which is an absolutely deplorable practice in my opinion.

Just discovered this place this month and I have already been there 4 times. They have great prices on tools and attachments. The employees are friendly and helpful. They will be seeing more of me for sure.
