Years after being a client thes Yahoo's allowed my data to be stolen. Rather than prevent the theft they sent me a "Tough Luck Charlie" letter. Told me to "Go Protect Yourself" because we are clueless and can't afford good staff or security.

The sidewalk ends right before their building. My family and I were walking my 12 month old and cut through the parking lot since there was no public sidewalk in the main road. The security guard quickly came out and tried to kick us off the property yelling that “this is private property”. Kinda shameful for a healthcare facility to not have any public sidewalks on their property and to kick a family with a baby in their stroller to walk on the main road. Truly in bad taste. I feel bad for the security guard who must have felt pressure from corporate to have to treat people this way.

This is building 1 of 4 buildings on this street that make up the HCA Corporate Campus; which is directly across the street from Centennial Park here in Nashville, TN.Our family has been a part of the HCA family for over 20 years. While no family is is perfect, this company strives to get it right. HCA is d very family oriented, community-centric, service oriented organization that places great value on the "family".

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are accurate about this money hungry corporation. While the staff at the hospital I go to couldn’t be any better, truly just incredible care and bedside manner. I don’t blame them for the bills I’m incurring due to private corporations that are taking over hospitals, or the poor health care system in our country. For context I am going through cancer treatment, have had 2 surgeries and will most likely have more, with ongoing treatment. I continue to be slammed with costly bills that have to be disputed time and again. For a surgery I will have 3-5 (often more, different bills). It’s a chore to apply for financial aid, each individual bill has to have a separate application. And if the bill comes from a different company working with HCA you have to track down how to apply. When I go in for imaging, even at an offsite location I’m sent multiple bills (including facility fees). I’ve had a few bills sent to me twice as if I’m getting the same procedure done at two different locations. HCA is criminal and needs be investigated. I don’t blame the staff who work for HCA, the hospital staff, or staff at connected medical offices. I imagine they are all underpaid and wish HCA was not running their place of work. CEOs and other higher ups of HCA are the ones profiting off of everyone. It seems facilities are told to bill with the highest codes and to be inaccurate with bills (getting an itemized bill from them is a whole other story) in hopes patients are worn out enough to just move on, stop disputing, and pay. It is inhumane and unjust that corporations like HCA are profiting off patients who are expected to pay these exorbitant bills. Health care in our country comes at such a high cost with the need to put in part time hours just to get no where in disputing inaccurate medical bills.See a few of my bills below, most are not sent to insurance the first time and take hours of work to get sent and then require more disputing after they are sent. It’s an endless cycle with HCA

HCA BRANDON HOSPITAL, FLORIDA is the absolute worst place anyone could arrive- my Dad went for simple knee pain & died suddenly five days later. The Dr missed a 9 INCH LONG BLOOD CLOT! The Dr- RATHINAM KRISHNAMOORTHY- has been found at fault for working below the standard of care & committing medical malpractice. The hospital also failed their AHCA inspection. After this happen- the hospital tried to SILENCE me from sharing my Dads story. HCA FOR PROFIT is absolutely disgusting & I won’t ever get back what they took from me. My Dad. I miss him so much & we trusted them. Uneducated Doctors & careless staff & they STILL GOT PAID despite medical malpractice. Disgusting.

Today I was turned away from using the bathroom at HCA, because I didn't have an appointment with anyone in the building. I told the ladies at the check-in desk that my wife was having chemo treatments at their Sarah Cannon facility across the street (Tennessee Oncology). I wasn't sure I could make it over there...fortunately I did. I went back to HCA and was given a number for "ethics." I contacted the number given and received a return call from Tim Craig(?) who told me that they had procedures as any other facility with compromised patients. I told him I know well about people being compromised, since my wife is going through cancer treatment for the second time. As for following the same procedures as any medical facility...that's simply not true. I made it to the Sarah Cannon facility and to the restroom...no restrictions or issues with access. I notice that there is no issue with lines of people going into the HCA to pick up daily lunches. What's up with that?
