I recently had a stressful experience with my car. My lights/electric started not working unexpectedly a few days before I was supposed to drive from TN to FL. I was told many different things from a different shop and I felt overwhelmed. Thankfully, I found Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and understanding. They listened to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was done faster than I expected. They even took the time to explain everything clearly. The prices were fair, and I felt I received great value. I left feeling relieved and grateful. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing a trustworthy mechanic. They really made a tough situation much easier and I made it to FL safely with no complications!

I didn't ask for the battery to be checked but the called and said it should be replaced. I asked the price and said ok to a new one.
When I asked how much the battery was I didn't think to ask the cost to put it in. I was charged $80!! Anyone else would have done it for free and when I asked te price, they could have told me the price to put it in was $80!
Now, I'm suspicious about the battery. Did I really need one?
My daughter was new to the area and it would have been great for her to have a place to take her car in the future and to recommend to friends

I came here to get my brakes checked due to excessive squeaking when breaking. This had been an ongoing problem since last time I came here to get my brakes done. The mechanic there told me that it was fine and It should go away after a few days. Well, several months later and it still didn't go away. So after waiting nearly 3 hours the mechanic came back and said that he didn't hear any squeaking and that he didn't see anything wrong with the brakes. However, the second I pulled out of the shop and hit my breaks... There was a loud squeak. So I went to a brake shop down the road. The mechanic there test drove my car and immediately found the problem.
The people here are nice but I now have to question the work they've done on my vehicle. Be cautious going here.

Great Customer service! I love Ms Susan. She is knowledgeable and every question i have even if i don't bring my car in she answers.
Been using them for seven years two cars. They tell you whats wrong and costs before they start doing the labor. So you know what you are paying for. My experience has always been good so i recommend. ?

I was having a vibration in my car when I was breaking. Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto had me back on my way in a reasonable time and price. I have to say that their prices are very fair for the work they do.
