She was nice and all, but I reserved standard comfort vechile and was told that they only have Kia forte and toyota corolla. Then say it's "not available" on your website. Just choose the cheapest when you are renting from here. And it cost 406 after all but no thanks

App show they have cars but you get there and she will tell you I only have 2 small cars not the comfort you reserved also try to sell me insurance and lied about the deductible amount.

The staff are extremely rude especially the white lady and her boss. They don't care about people at all
