This establishment deserves zero stars had a reservation at noon I was told they have no cars spoke to customer service changed reservation to 4 same thing I was told they think they will get a return I got the run around this place should be shut down do not go here customer service is the worst I have ever seen never again will I rent from this company especially in Nashville I would fire everyone here.

I reserved a Nissan Rogue for $191 for a one way trip and needed to haul some totes at the Charlotte Avenue location. Arrived and they only had an EV Kia that goes 250 miles on a charge then 2 hours more to go farther. I declined since I needed to go 464 miles. They gave me an Impala that barely fit my totes after a struggle and also charged me the same $191 rate when it was a smaller vehicle. Thanks for the one way car and it is sad your CEO resigned yesterday but I still want a refund for my trouble. Expedia booke me a car with Hertz and I showed up and no one way car was available at the Murfreesboro location.

Car originally reserved for 8am. Marcus notified us at 7:57 am stating he doesn’t have any cars to give us, but may be able to get one around noon. At 12:20 he had one car available, an electric car. When we got in, it was 38% charged. He stated it was Tesla compatible, but when we got to the charging station it was not compatible. The other stations around were 8 1/2 hours to charge, so we returned to see if a different vehicle was available. He stated another car arrived, but it would be at a higher rate even though our original class wasn’t available. Ive never been treated like this after being with Hertz for decades. A sad establishment.

Worst customer service ever. I had a reservation for a 15-seat van for a week. I called in a day earlier and spoke to someone here and he told me that they have plenty of full size vans. This morning I took a 2-hour shuttle to the nearest airport and then took an Uber to this location. When I walked in, there was another customer that had been waiting for 2 hours for a full size van also. Then the manager, Marcus Montgomery, told me that there was no vehicle to pick up. I wouldn’t be as mad if I live down the street from this location. I traveled for almost 3 hours to be told that they couldn’t do anything for me. Then I had to ask for a way back home. The manager was going to give me a mini van for almost the same price as a full size van. When I asked him why the price is so high, he just walked away without saying anything. I would never book with Hertz again.

You can pre-order cars that they do not have when you get there. So you can walk away with no car to rent .Great!!!

I visited Nashville with my friends for a few days and we rented from Hertz. We ran into some issues with our flight that gave us some delays with the rental car, and Marcus was kind, courteous and patient in helping us through the process. Great experience, shoutout Marcus.

***BEWARE***If I could give ‘no stars’ I would. This location is a joke. Today I arrived to pick up my car and the manager told me there were no cars, despite my reservation. He said he was expecting cars to come in soon. I had no option but to wait. Another couple came in a few minutes after me also to pick up their car. The manager told all of us there would be no more cars available today. So not only did he lie to me but this manager did not apologize, nor did he offer to help me locate another car. So the other couple and I were left scrambling to make other arrangements. In fact he acted like it was our fault for having a reservation there. This is the kind of unprofessional service at 3100 Charlotte Ave., Nashville, TN

They rent me a cars with a leak in the tire then when i was forced to trade it in due to a flat charged me for gas and the exchange of the new vehicle. with no warning all while having a protection plan never use them

We already had a reservation and prepayment for renting a car. When we got there, there was no available vehicle. It’s so embarrassing and ridiculous.

3.5/5.0 - A little rough but got the job done. Sent here when our Hertz rental had a problem and needed to be replaced. Was told they had a good replacement, which they really didn't, but ultimately had something that worked. Cars were dirty and place was rough. Staff were service oriented enough and moved quickly but definitely on the rough end of the scale, a little hard to understand, and no frills. Not the same experience you'd get at a Hertz airport location, that's for sure. But ultimately fairly quick and got a car, and that's what I needed.*I would return here if I needed a car, I just would have the right expectations on the experience.

Absolutely horrible experience- reserved a car to go home for Christmas only to be called 2 hours before my reservation and told there were no cars available but to “keep checking back”. Went into the store and there were 4 other people there with the same issue, but a lot full of cars. We were told that they were for people with reservations the next day and not available to us- was given the option to take one of those cars but only if I paid $40 more per day. Literally any other agency gives free upgrades if they screw up your reservations. I was told it “wasn’t hertz’s fault” even though I could go to their app and it showed availabity for that night as well as the next day. Horrible customer service and horrible management in general, and a very very huge inconvenience considering this was for holiday travel.
