We stay here ever Thanksgiving … because it’s so clean, lush, and luxurious. Perfect location for all to do in Nashville …BUT, the restaurant closes at 930am and does not open again till 1130a….come on… you are a major chain hotel in a significant city. You should be offering food all day long. They have a dinky sign up stating closed until 1130am…so clearly they have multiple of guests wondering into the only restaurant on property looking for brunch…. They do offer a brunch on Saturday…. But dues not good the other 6 days of the week…especially during a holiday week I would be more accommodating to your guests like 90% if your competitors. I am literally sitting here in the lobby typing this review and listening to 3 separate families debating where to go to eat and some with children who are stating that they are “starving “… watching three middle age women complaining to the front desk about the restaurant hours…so significant lost revenue for the hotel. Very strange business model. Cannot return especially when the brand new Crestmoor is right across the street.

I will not ever book a room with them . Sorry.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay, and the food in the restaurant is wonderful. Top notch service in hotel and restaurant, and food that is beyond awesome. Great happy hour specials…….$7 beverages and $9 burgers and bites until 7pm. Across from Green Hills mall with great shopping! What’s not to like? The restaurant manager yelling at the servers where guests can hear. Very uncomfortable.

Love this location and hotel in Nashville. Great price. Beautiful interior design and spacious rooms. Easy check in and out. Raven at the front desk went above and beyond. The restaurant at the hotel has a fantastic happy hour and the food was delicious. Walking distance to the high end mall for excellent places to shop and eat. This trip had my sisters dog and so pet friendly. Have an area out front of hotel for dogs. Will be back next time in the area.

Charged us twice back in August and only refunded us 50% of the second charge. We call almost every other day to try and resolve and the manager has blown us off every time with promises to call and nothing.
Location was not our favorite in Nashville
Update now in November: Still not resolved out $200 from what they owe us for the double charge. This location is ruining the Hilton reputation with their service. Still never talked to a manager.

We sat at the bar and were shocked to read from the drinks menu a Russian “Imperial” Stout, at a time when the largest and most deadly war in the world since WWII is being waged for Russian imperialism. This is especially insensitive to anyone who has endured the war in Ukraine firsthand, like me and my wife, and have to read a menu with a drink celebrating Russia’s imperialism.
The manager later clarified that they don’t serve this drink anymore, but I’m not sure if they will take the matter seriously to update the menu at least.

Everything was great except for the manager Kalisa... 1st impressions are everything and she never even looked up at me when I was standing at the counter... I asked if I could check in, she stated that NO ROOMS ARE READY then walked off... it was after the 3pm check in time... Paris is very great though, very friendly and helpful...

Great hotel in a great location. Right across the street from the mall and within walking distance to restaurants and local places to eat. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always smiling and willing to help when needed. Hotel looks to be either brand new or newly renovated. Very nice rooftop lounge area with small bar and a pool. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views. The lobby bar is another place to have a drink and enjoy the game or just chat with friends. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Checkout ruined the whole stay. I stayed the week of 9/15 and was very happy with the visit except for the front desk. Upon check out i asked them to remove the parking charge as I didn't have a car. The clerk refused saying that I would have to talk to Hilton Corporation because i added parking at the time of reservation so the hotel itself could not remove it (NOT TRUE). The Manager asked how they would know if i didnt have a car! I offered my LYFT receipts and they still refused. Now i have to take it up with Hilton Corp which is absolutely ridiculous as it is the property that has my money. The front desk people on Sept 18 were rude and lazy!

I gave the room a 3 because the shower head needs to be replaced. The air conditioning didn’t circulate cold air only warm.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay so far. I checked in through the Hilton app a full day before my arrival, and when I arrived—over an hour past my scheduled check-in time—I was told my room wasn’t ready. The staff told me to wait, and that I’d receive my key in the app. After waiting 45 minutes with no update, I went back to the desk. The front desk agent typed silently for ten minutes before I finally had to ask if there was a problem. She then told me, without any prior notice, that the executive suite I had reserved (an 800 sq ft room) was unavailable.
When I asked if there was another room, she said yes but continued typing with no explanation. Eventually, I was handed keys to a much smaller queen room, with no discussion of the downgrade, rate adjustment, or apology for the inconvenience. The entire interaction was dismissive and unprofessional—it was honestly one of the strangest and most frustrating check-in experiences I’ve ever had.
I travel frequently for work and consistently choose Hilton properties, but this experience has shaken my trust in the brand. At a minimum, I should have been informed before driving six hours that the room I reserved and checked into in advance would not be honored. I also expect to see a significant adjustment to my bill and/or compensation in Hilton Honors points to reflect the downgrade and the poor handling of this situation
