I love the selection here and the prices, but checkout takes a long time so just keep that in mind.

Very disappointed. After walking around and finding a few items to purchase, I forced to abandon my buggy at the checkout. Apparently, some woman had just had shopped with her dog in the buggy because it was too hot to leave him in the car. Anyway, everyone in the vicinity including the cashier had to stop and pet this dog. Germs. And this was not a service animal. The owner just wanted to kill time before a grooming appointment. If Hobby Lobby doesn't have a policy against pets that aren't actually service animals, they should consider it. I tried to order on the website but half the stuff I wanted was out of stock.

Tried to make a return lady made a huge show over the intercom about it and then deliberately tried to give me a gift card instead of my cash back. Told me it wasn't her problem she couldn't refund me with cash it was too much to refund ($65) and she didn't have to give me cash back. Needed that cash only reason I was returning the items but people love to play God and all I guess when given a slight position of power 😂 anyway refuse to go back to that location. For the record I had a receipt.

I went to this location looking for some items to put together gift boxes for a large wedding party and was having a hard time finding something would work.
In comes one of the nicest and most cordial gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
I interrupted Keith while he was diligently restocking products on the shelves and he stopped everything he was doing to assist me. We found some boxes that would work, but definitely not enough in stock for my needs. Keith took it upon himself to call another location and find out if they had what I needed. Unfortunately that didn't work either and we found an alternative solution.
When I needed additional assistance finding some ribbon, Keith walked me over to another team member and spoke highly of his staff and their ability to assist me with what I needed.
The entire staff at this location was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
It may not have been what I wanted, but I found what I needed and it's all due to Keith and his team on this day. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable shopping experience.
