“I’ve visited a lot of Verizon stores in my lifetime and this location was by far the best experience I’ve had. Les was my guy! Super down to earth and helpful with my upgrade and trade-in. He gave the complete opposite of “car salesman energy”. Instead of upselling me, he authentically answered all of my questions and pointed me in what I believe to be the right direction. I felt like I was talking to someone who was genuinely on “my team.”Accompanying him was Ronnie and Joel, who I also have nothing but good things to say about. Solid crew. Even if I end up moving a little further from this area, next time I need to go to Verizon, I’ll make the drive to the 8th Ave location and request these guys.”

“I am moving to the area and am trying to get my internet set up. I had talked to 2 people previously and was not getting where I needed. One of the people I talked to online on the Live Chat (Armando.. Armando would get 0 stars) was actually rude and catching an attitude with me. I finally needed to just call someone else, so I called this number to get to the store to talk to a real person. I spoke with Leo and he was very helpful - he answered all my questions in a clear and concise way and got me set up! I would give Leo 5 stars. I'm only giving 4 to account for how difficult it was for me up until that point.”
