Disappointingly bad. I've used Jackson Hewitt for years. First time at this location this year. Tax preparer didn't want to do lengthy return and rolled his eyes when I told him I had lots of receipts for deductions. In all he spoke about a dozen words throughout the return then just handed me a slip of paper requesting a favorable Google review. Never again at THIS location.
