Extremely shady business practices being used here. They prey on people with little knowledge and make them pay the most possible. These guys are modern day tax collectors. It does get two stars because they did replace my oil well. They are scumbags however. Will never be using Jiffy Lube again.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Ellison Pl. I would have given them 5 stars but they forgot to vacuum out my car however it was busy when I was there.

On 10/28/23. I Was charged $300 for brakes that didn't work! I was told I needed other work that they don't do! Was sent home without brakes! When I reported it to corporate in Southriding, Va, I was told that "The service tech said I was the one who demanded the brakes be put on anyway, after being told it wasn't going to fix the problem". The man I spoke to in Southriding, Va. was not the end-all so when I asked for that person's name and number, he wouldn't give it to me. He told me he would give them my name and number and see if they wanted to call and speak to me. Of course ,no one ever called me back. I'm going to go back through my notes and find his name and put it in a review. Now why would I spend $300 on something that's not going to work! They were the ones that told me I needed brakes, so I agreed to have them put on! I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is not the end of this!!! I'm tired of being taken advantage of!

It’s a 4 only because I was shocked at the price.
Nathan was awesome from start to finish. He made sure I was comfortable with the end result, assured me I would be receiving coupons and left me feeling I want to go back.
