Can't say enough about the vets here. Our GSD had to have an immediate surgery after discovering a blockage in his stomach. They performed surgery just hours later and did a great job communicating with me while taking great care of him. So thankful for the great people that work here.

I'm new in town so I'm happy to have found a vet I can entrust with the care of my animals. Dr Weaver went above and beyond to treat my sick cat. The other veterinarians and staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Incredibly mismanaged front office. Continually communicate incorrect appointment times, fails to adjust profile information, and is a chaotic experience during check in and check out. The vets and techs are great, but the administrative portion has caused me to change Veterinarians. I would've thought with the renovation last year that they would've fixed these issues, but it gets worse every time I go in. As I am writing this I am waiting for a simple discharge. It took 3 times for them to call back over the course of 30 minutes and am still waiting. Horrendous.

Once you get past the front desk, the vets and techs are wonderful. The front of the house has been nothing but rude and dismissive every single time I took my animals here. When it was clear my sweet dog was dying. I found a new vet because I knew I couldn't handle Mobley's front desk treatment.

Extremely rude and unprofessional in the front office. Doctors are great and my dog was taken care of but phone/front desk service leaves a lot to be desired.

Mobley does a great job getting me in last minute when my dog has an emergency. I like all the vets that I have interacted with recently. The new bigger space and the remodeled space is very nice. Sometimes I think their prices can be a little high, you could probably shop around for some cheaper services. But they are 5 minutes from my house and really take care of my pups. If you live in Inglewood I think they should be your go to vet.

If there were negative stars, I'd give this place all of them. My sister called Mobley on Thursday desperate for help with her 13 year old dog that was struggling to breathe. Sadly, she realized it was time to put him down and Mobley had the nerve to tell her it would probably be a two hour wait. Again, her boy was struggling to breathe. This place showed absolutely ZERO compassion, understanding and care. Ending a pets life is something we can't predict and veterinarians should know this. My poor sister was so distraught and I'm shocked at how rude they were to her. Stay away from these people if you want compassionate care for your pet.

We brought our dog in here on a last minute (slight) emergency and they were able to get us in as a new client the same day! From the front staff to the doctor and techs, everyone was so incredibly kind and thorough. I could not recommend the service here enough - can't wait to bring our pup back for a follow up!

We took our two dogs here because of the proximity to our new home and I wish we would have stayed with our old vet and drove the 20 minutes twice/year. First, the front desk staff need a lesson on customer service. I understand we have been in a pandemic and there are staffing issues but that's the case everywhere and that does not excuse rudeness. I would call and immediately be put on hold every single time to the point where after ten minutes I would get sent to their voicemail. It would take an entire day or two to even get back to me and when they did, it was served with a side of attitude. Additionally, I called to ask a records question about my pet and the front desk person was "so busy" she literally told me the wrong information because she was looking at a completely different chart and it affected a grooming appointment I'd had to book 5 mo in advance. The facility is old and not clean at all. I can understand you are caring for animals but it has to be clean. I took both my dogs in for their annual physicals/vaccines last year and they both ended up contracting an eye infection from this place (we go no where but our home and to the vet). We have since moved and will no longer be recommending this place to friends and family who ask. Just drive the extra few minutes and go to a better vet. Trust me.

My family and I have been clients since they opened. Dr. Mobly Sr even put a cast on my goat's leg. I recently had a dog suddenly with no warning become critically ill. The only way we might have been able to find out what was wrong was through blood work and X-rays. I knew that there was nothing that could l be done. Dr. Hendersn was honest enough when I asked her if it was worth putting the dog through all that. She said some vets would have pushed to do more stuff to make more. money. She did not mind me calling to ask questions that I had been too distraught to ask. Then today I got the nicest car from Dr. Hendersn and that means so much to me. They have also upgraded and expanded

Wanted to stop by and give my gratitude to Mobley Clinic. After a long few months of hard times for my dog, Chili, including bloody stool, vomiting, lack of appetite, Dr. Hendrickson never wavered in her pursuit of a solution. It was not a straightforward path of discovery but each option she clearly explained the benefits and costs. She would also often answer my questions even if it was a call of concern for a new symptom/update without a visit. Additionally, while we were searching for answers, she made sure to help Chili with immediate relief prescribing medicine for his symptoms. Throughout, Dr. Hendrickson was calm and positive which was greatly appreciated as it's easy in these situations to feel frustrated and overwhelmed. Today Chili is on a special diet as we found he has IBS. He no longer needs nausea meds and is a happy and healthy 10 yr old puppo!

Amazingly caring, thorough, knowledgeable and kind staff! I couldn't have asked for better treatment for me and my pup in need and I am so thankful for such an amazing clinic full of true animal lovers ready to help! Thank you!

Customer service needs improvement. Those answering the phone often rude or just not friendly. Have had some issues with quality of care for my pet during procedures.

Have been taking my pets here since I've lived in East for the last few years. The vets and techs in the exam are nice, but the office staff has always been so rude and unhelpful. I just called to get immunization records for my dogs so that I can take them to a dog park that requires them while I'm out of town and the person on the phone purposely hung up on me mid-sentence? I called back to finish my question and they immediately put me on hold. Please hire staff that actually like working with the public because you are losing customers... I don't know why I waited so long, but I'm going to 5 Points from now on :)

Thanks to the Mobley team, Ms Pearl was seen quickly and her mild respiratory infection was handled with an antibiotic and she was given her Leukemia and Rabies vaccines and is set to return for her Leukemia booster in 2 weeks. The team was friendly, informative and super positive! Ms Pearl is comfortable at Mobley so I would suggest Mobley to anyone for their pet care.
