We took our two dogs here because of the proximity to our new home and I wish we would have stayed with our old vet and drove the 20 minutes twice/year. First, the front desk staff need a lesson on customer service. I understand we have been in a pandemic and there are staffing issues but that's the case everywhere and that does not excuse rudeness. I would call and immediately be put on hold every single time to the point where after ten minutes I would get sent to their voicemail. It would take an entire day or two to even get back to me and when they did, it was served with a side of attitude. Additionally, I called to ask a records question about my pet and the front desk person was "so busy" she literally told me the wrong information because she was looking at a completely different chart and it affected a grooming appointment I'd had to book 5 mo in advance. The facility is old and not clean at all. I can understand you are caring for animals but it has to be clean. I took both my dogs in for their annual physicals/vaccines last year and they both ended up contracting an eye infection from this place (we go no where but our home and to the vet). We have since moved and will no longer be recommending this place to friends and family who ask. Just drive the extra few minutes and go to a better vet. Trust me.

My family and I have been clients since they opened. Dr. Mobly Sr even put a cast on my goat's leg. I recently had a dog suddenly with no warning become critically ill. The only way we might have been able to find out what was wrong was through blood work and X-rays. I knew that there was nothing that could l be done. Dr. Hendersn was honest enough when I asked her if it was worth putting the dog through all that. She said some vets would have pushed to do more stuff to make more. money. She did not mind me calling to ask questions that I had been too distraught to ask. Then today I got the nicest car from Dr. Hendersn and that means so much to me. They have also upgraded and expanded

Wanted to stop by and give my gratitude to Mobley Clinic. After a long few months of hard times for my dog, Chili, including bloody stool, vomiting, lack of appetite, Dr. Hendrickson never wavered in her pursuit of a solution. It was not a straightforward path of discovery but each option she clearly explained the benefits and costs. She would also often answer my questions even if it was a call of concern for a new symptom/update without a visit. Additionally, while we were searching for answers, she made sure to help Chili with immediate relief prescribing medicine for his symptoms. Throughout, Dr. Hendrickson was calm and positive which was greatly appreciated as it's easy in these situations to feel frustrated and overwhelmed. Today Chili is on a special diet as we found he has IBS. He no longer needs nausea meds and is a happy and healthy 10 yr old puppo!

Customer service needs improvement. Those answering the phone often rude or just not friendly. Have had some issues with quality of care for my pet during procedures.

Have been taking my pets here since I've lived in East for the last few years. The vets and techs in the exam are nice, but the office staff has always been so rude and unhelpful. I just called to get immunization records for my dogs so that I can take them to a dog park that requires them while I'm out of town and the person on the phone purposely hung up on me mid-sentence? I called back to finish my question and they immediately put me on hold. Please hire staff that actually like working with the public because you are losing customers... I don't know why I waited so long, but I'm going to 5 Points from now on :)

Thanks to the Mobley team, Ms Pearl was seen quickly and her mild respiratory infection was handled with an antibiotic and she was given her Leukemia and Rabies vaccines and is set to return for her Leukemia booster in 2 weeks. The team was friendly, informative and super positive! Ms Pearl is comfortable at Mobley so I would suggest Mobley to anyone for their pet care.

These people are amazing. Always take great care of me and my pup. Had to euthanize my little Elway and they were so understanding and comforting getting me in right away no questions asked. They had taken such good care of her I truly think she made it another year due to their care and concern. Now they take great care of my maniac Columbo (separation anxiety ridden scared to death of thunderstorms pup) who turned out to be WAY bigger than expected but you never know with a rescue and that's my go to! If you want caring vets and vet techs I give them 5 stars and would give them 10 if it was an option!

Used them for too many years with mediocre or negative results. Finally their credit machine was not working the day we took our dog in, we tried to pay that day, but THEIR credit card machine wasn't working. We tried to pay repeatedly by phone, but for whatever reason they were not picking up their phones. However, they would not remove the "Interest" Charge. Also they're close to 50 years behind on treating animals with seizures, and very antiquated on their practices around those issues. They gave our Dog Potassium Bromide, which is basically a drug that makes HUMANS & DOGS psychotic. It's not proscribed for Humans for like 75 years because of that FACT. This potassium bromide has caused out dog to have significant issues. And it has cost our family dearly both in time and in money. Our dog was so psychotic she ate a diaper, and had to have that removed by an emergency vet clinic, because Mobley was not equipped to manage the issues they caused, and they probably get big kickbacks from the emergency Vet for funneling their poorly managed dogs to the Emergency Vet clinic. Mobley has not helped pay for any of these issues even though they used these antiquated drugs that have countless side affects and basically no efficacy treating seizures. I spoke with a women on the phone there named Barb who seemed to have no compassion or a semblance of care for anyone other than herself. All I really wanted was for them to refund the "interest charge" for THEIR blatant and irrefutable lack of an ability to manage THEIR business. She was not compassionate, but she was rude and condescending. For this reason, I'm withdrawing my pet from this institution and I will begin to tell people vehemently not to go to this establishment. If you want your dog to become psychotic and increase issues take your dog there, and Mobley will gladly pass those problems on to the Emergency Vet clinic for more money for your pain and sorrow.

Lacking phone skills today @1251p. Changed my appt but was no help on assisting me to get my monthly preventative. My apologies for not remembering what brand flea/tick and heart worm medicine, but give some assistance by looking in the computer for what my pups have had. Or apologize for not being able to see see any other specs other than appt scheduling...and I would have been more empathetic for your situation of being busy taking calls. Starting to regret switching vets for our 4 dogs

We've been taking our dogs here for years. I can't get an appointment. They don't answer the phones or call back after I leave a voicemail. I've called five times. I've left two appointment requests online and no one will ever call me back. How the hell am I suppose to make an appointment???

I've been going to Mobley veterinary clinic for 12 years and I've always been pretty satisfied with the service and the care for my various pets over the years. But the current staff and the service you receive at this time is completely unsatisfactory if not just terrible. They seemed to be understaffed and what staff they have were very rude and completely unapologetic for the lack of customer service. I could not recommend Mobley veterinary clinic at this time.

Society's punishment? Do what's right? You listen here. My sister brought her German Shepard in pain, after struggling to lift his 100lb weight over there. This was an emergency. He can't walk. She called from the parking lot and they said we can't see him without an appointment you'd have to be in the parking lot before nine and I said I'm here now and she said yeah well we can't see him without an appointment. So much for caring about animals.

nothing but great things to say about mobley! we were searching for a place that would let us go in with one of our dogs who is more fearful of strangers but given COVID, not a lot of places were allowing that. Mobley was that one exception and was very understanding. Of course they and we took all the precautions while going in with our dog. Dr. Coles helped treat our dog and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even called the next day to check and see how our pup was doing and you don't get a lot of personal calls from your vet like that! we will continue to go to Mobley for now on.
