I'm really disappointed in our interaction with the store today. We went in looking for a few shirts and maybe some shoes. I selected 2 shirts and thought I was getting a pretty good deal because one of the shirts was marked down to $69.99 from $120. When the salesman rang is up, the pierce was more than expected. He hasn't given the marked down price and when I showed him the sticker along with the 3 other shirts on the rack with the same sticker, he just said it was a mistake and took the stickers off. No offer to honor the price, just indifference to our frustration. I ended up not getting the shirt because now the whole transaction felt like we were doing screwed. I did however buy one shirt which I will be taking back because that whole transaction really turned my feelings about the store to the negative.

Great store❗️, location, product line, staffing and yes they are correct… This is not your Dad’s shoe company. His shoes were made in the USA, Nashville Tn. by craftmen. J&M made Amazing footwear and the Very best golf shoes available - Today stylish shoes are more in demand for sure, but not the quality and styles your dad had…
Oxfords, Wingtips, Captoes - They’re still around on eBay - Timeless

Had a great experience with Courtney today. She helped me try on a half dozen pairs of shoes to find the right ones. I walked out with a nice pair of black Conards that can be dressed up or down. Thank you, Courtney for your patience and great customer service!!

I walked in just to browse and walked out wearing the most comfortable pair of oxfords I've ever owned. Courtney was sweet and helpful and taught me how I had been shoe shopping all wrong. She kew what works and what doesn't and helped me find the right pair that fit my feet well. I will definitely be back for another pair. Their clothing is handsome and I want to wear one of everything in the store! I bought a flanel peacoat right off the mannequin and It's warm and presentable. I'm a Johnston & Murphy man now! Don't waste your money at Macy's buying some of the tacky clothing they sell. Their green hills store is small but has more than you need. Highly recommend!
