Three words: Kroger Fuel Points Yes, with today's ridiculous fuel prices, those little points mean more than ever. Since they're awarded through in-store, pharmacy, pick-up, AND ship-to-home purchases, you can really rack up those points! While the fuel point program is great, this particular station is just OK...mainly because getting in and out of here is a bit of a challenge. Yeah, OK, so the location sucks. (The OHB station in Hermitage has this location's layout beat for sure.) I recently utilized the air machine which was partially broken. It had a note taped to it stating the desired air level couldn't be raised past 32. It was also incredibly inaccurate according to my vehicle's tire monitors, but it still got the job done. $1.50 for 5 minutes is steep though! (Y'all remember when it was just a quarter?!? Am I really THAT old?!?) The place can be trashy at times, but it is a rather busy station, and it's definitely not perma-trashy. They do what they can. There's also quite a few pumps, and I don't think I have ever had to wait for one at this location. Sometimes a pump here and there are out of order, but they are good at getting them back up and runnin'. Oh, and there's an attendant on site and a limited amount of sundries available for purchase, including lottery tickets.

This Kroger's is Awful. The service is bad. The lines are always long. I was treated poorly and I was a paying customer. I will not be back. I accidentally left my package of chicken at the store. When I returned to the store to get my purchased item I was not able to get the item that I purchased. The manager of duty acted like I stole the item. I came to the store with my receipt in my hand but I still didn't recieve the item that I left there. If I were white I would have been treated differently. I spent a lot of my money in this store. I hope that this Kroger's burns down to ground. Please replace it with a Publix. ALL Black People Do Not Steal.

Gas is cheap here if you have your points saved up. I usually only stop here though if I have points expiring or if I am filling up the tank to go home to West Virginia. I like the fact that these are located everywhere which makes it convenient for shopping and saving money!!!

i love Kroger fuel centers as they usually have the best price on gas in all the neighborhoods I shop in. Not only are they VERY competitive in their pricing but also if you shop there and have a kroger card you save 3cents a gallon. If you buy over $100 groceries a month then you can save 10 cents a gallon. They do have some of the convenience store drinks and stuff but this is mainly a fuel center!
