Overpriced, pump didn’t print out the receipt and there was no staff at the cashier. A employee close by very rude said someone would come to assist but it took forever.

Lady here sold me a Lottery ticket and didn't scan it. Now when I try to redeem the $25 I won on the $20 ticket it says card not available. Thought it was weird there was a hand written cash only sign on the window although the CC display showed it was up and active. It appears this team member is up my $20 plus whomever else she got. Tried to call to get it resolved. Unsuccessfully I may add.

Manager Dwayne & his staff go over the top to make my shopping a pleasant experience. Regina, Tonya, Gwen & lovely Assistant Manager say hello every time.I like this, Kroger, so much I staff in almost daily, lightly! Just thinking about Regina and Dwayne makes me laugh because we're always cutting up

This is a smaller Kroger but has so much to offer. Nice layout and easy to find what you are looking for. Well stocked and organized. The employees are courteous and helpful. Prices are good. Parking is ample. Parking lot can at times be tricky to get out of if making a left turn.

I had just come from the Vanderbilt clinic where a veteran MD recommended a specific cocktail of over the counter allergy and sinus meds to hit strong/serious (and painful) reality of fluid on my ear. My Dr. understood the unique differences in two different allergy meds, recommending I alternate the two (which the pharmacy tech argued were simply one and THE SAME and proceeded to override my Dr.'s counsel with: "This is what you should do...." I had to tell him THREE TIMES while I endured his disdain for my dr's directions, that "I intended to follow my Dr.'s advice." He even insisted on reading the notes I took from the Dr. appointment that I had put in my cell phone. Apparently my reading them to him verbatim/out loud were not good enough. He wanted to "See it." Even then, once more, the tech recommended a different course of treatment, also suggesting I should call my Dr back. (Why would I call the Dr back who I had JUST SEEN and who was perfectly clear! Could I just have my over the counter meds and Sudafed please?! Then, just as he was handing me my meds, he asked if I had high blood pressure. I said "yes," to which he pulled the meds back from me, witholding the whole bag of RX post a purchase totally $44. I said firmly: I TAKE LISINIPROL. (Keep in mind: Dr. who had just seen me, reviewed my meds before recommending the best course of treatment and I had a perfect BP reading this morning.) Reluctantly he finally gave me my meds. There was NO REASON for this tech to play doctor, particularly with over the counter medicine, clear instructions, and the ID bracelet from the clinic next door, still on my arm.

This Kroger pick up is terrible. Often they are "out" of something but if I walk into the store it is right there on the shelf (this has happened at least 3 times now). I also get notified of substitutions but when if I click on the link it says I've ran out of time. If you want reliable ordering I recommend a third party app or just go to Whole Foods.

What the living bleep?.... Green hills Kroger has turned into a crappy Walmart. There are barely any people at the registers and the rest is self checkout. No bleeping thank you on the self checkout. Plus the woman who has been working this area is an ever living peace of work that is so bleeping rude, tries to bully the customers; yeah just one horrible employee. So bleep you Kroger. Going to start shopping anywhere than this store. Oh did I mention that your rearrangement of the store does not make sense and is insanely frustrating!!!! I understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic but good gracious Kroger y'all can do a whole lot better than that. Improve, get better, hire more people, remove the b**** from the self checkout area, and get a clue by listening to this review and make the corrections to be the store you used to be.

Never would I think, "let's review a Kroger today." But I really had to, because this one is just great. This is the Green Hills Kroger, tucked nicely behind Hillsboro Road off Abbott Martin. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Kind employees. Selection of veggies and produce is great! I really never shop for produce at Kroger because it generally is terrible. Everything here is super fresh, crisp, and decently priced (in comparison to Whole Foods where I normally shop for produce). They also have a fantastic organic/healthy food section with tons of options for gluten free/vegan/specialty diets. Butcher/meat section/seafood counter is awesome. Pictured here is my absolute favorite item to buy at this Kroger - crab cakes. Generally on sale for $3/each and the best at home meal ever! 425 for 20 minutes then a few minutes with the broiler to toast up the top and it's so delicious. I've been to several Kroger's in the area and this location is the only one that ever has crab cakes. Please never stop that. This Christmas I wanted to do a beef tenderloin but didn't want to buy the whole tenderloin as offered. I called the butcher and asked about a cut of beef tenderloin and they were so kind and offered to cut me a special size -- whatever size I wanted. 3lbs I said. Picked it up the next day and it was great. Thank you! I've also ordered balloons for work from their flower department and they did great with that. Really easy to work with them always ready on time. All in all - zero complaints on this location. Thanks for all you do.

It's probably silly to have a favorite location of a chain grocery store, but I've been so pleased with the curbside pickup at this location that I've got to give it a special shoutout. I would give it five stars except they're sometimes out of stock of common items I would expect them to have bursting from their seams (like regular mayonnaise). Going to this location means going out of my way since the Kroger on Blair is much closer, but the layout, selection, and service at the Green Hills Kroger can't be beat.
