Horrible service along with unsafe food service conditions. Not only have me and my family gotten sick a lot from meat purchased from this store but other people in the community that I know has complained about the same thing.

Fix your air machine if the employees know it's broken why is no one fixing it

This Kroger is simply the worst. It's laid out logistically in a manner that makes no sense, and will waste a customer's time - guaranteed. There is limited customer service, especially if it's near closing time - which is when a logical store layout is imperative to get in and out for all the right reasons, including getting the store workers out on time. I try not to shop here, and recommend almost any other option. 1 star is a stretch.

Not enough help in store. They close one exit in store at 8:00 pm so I have to walk extra distance to get back to my handicapped parking space. Gas pumps out front not maintained. Attendant not there to issue receipt when pump does not issue receipt.

You know one of the first things I had to do when I moved to Nashville was find a local Kroger to call my own...and lucky for me this location, which sits at the corner or Highway 70 and Old Hickory in Bellevue, is only about 4 miles from me! This Kroger is pretty large, definitely one of the largest in the area and features a great Kroger Fuel Center that has 16 pumps, the shop and air/vacuum station. As mentioned, this location has a bunch of space and they are not shy to fill it all with groceries and goods! They have all the standard spots such as bakery, sandwiches, hot bar, Murray's cheese, seafood, meats, pharmacy, etc...While I do appreciate all the goods and space in the extra large/long aisles, I do wish they would have left a little more room for the checkouts/registers. This space can and does get backed up easily. Service has been decent so far. The cashiers are nice, not talkative, but friendly and the baggers are helpful, efficient and friendly as well. Parking is plentiful, as this Kroger is in a shopping center, so if you can't get something right in front, you have many rows and spots to choose from. One of my only grips is the lack of small carts/buggies. They have plenty of the large buggies, but only a handful of the smaller ones. Overall, this is a solid Kroger that is well kept and well stocked. I sit closer to the Kroger on Charlotte Ave, but absolutely do not mind going a few extra miles for this spot!

Their Customer Service was prompt in answering when I called after reaching the store and Bianca created a perfect specialty cake for me. After ordering a specialty cake 95th birthday cake for my Aunt and expressing a desire not to have to enter the store to get it because of I have had to stay isolated since last March. I caused Customer Service extra trouble in asking for that special service. I really appreciated their patience in providing it because the cake had to be paid for before the bakery could release it.

Overall the experience was fine, we shop at Kroger all the time and nothing was out of the ordinary in regards to store cleanliness, stock expectation etc. This review is more service oriented. We had an encounter with a cashier with a serious attitude originally, but instead of focusing on her I would like to focus on the employee that turned our experience around. Rachel, another cashier, called us into her isle as she had no line. Not only do I appreciate that pro-active nature, but also how sweet and helpful she was. She had such a positive attitude and we really appreciated that and her service. Please give her a pat on the back, she's a great representative for your company.

I have been coming to this location on and off. So far, everything is fine. The staffs are helpful and they also offer a variety of products. I just wish that Kroger could make their location a bit more organized.

I have used their curbside pickup before and had a decent experience - not of today's experience. I live 10 minutes from this location and I drove straight home with the groceries. Ten minutes after getting home I notice the frozen pizza's I had ordered were both defrosted. I marked no substitutions and got them anyway. The butter I ordered was semi-cool. Definitely not cold. I didn't get a receipt. I asked for it and was told it was in the back with the groceries - it wasn't. I called back (when I got home) to let them know about the temperature of some of the food. The answer I got was "Sorry bout that. After a pause of thinking I was get some sort of response...nothing more. My last trip through there.

I don't write reviews. Ever. But this is worth noting. Don't use the pickup app. While you may think this is helpful to avoid going into The store, they don't even try. I got no notification anything on my list was out of stock, so I was surprised after waiting 30 min that 14 of my 24 items were "out of stock" completely. This included green beans, sweet potatoes, bread, bottle of wine. I thought to myself, there's no way they are out of all this. I got into the store and get 12 of the 14 items "out of stock" myself. I understand it's a busy time to work at a grocery, but what's the point of offering the pickup if they just waste time and don't even try.

Be very mindful of expiration dates on everything, in every department! II was in the store a few weeks ago and filled half a cart with expired items from deli, meats, produce and dairy. I took them to customer service and asked to speak with a manager. The manager came and I explained that everything in the cart was expired and not by just a day or two; by weeks. The manager was less than concerned and said she would take care of it, pushed the cart to the side and walked away. After that I became a Publix shopper!

Shoutout to Greg (aka The Meat Master,) in the Meat & Seafood department. He dropped what he was doing to help me find the best deal on chicken. Standup guy and a great store in general!
