They won’t answer the phone. They say they can’t get my cancer drug, which is a maintenance drug, and it’s way past due for the refill. I only have one dose left. So my husband drove there while I was on the phone still in hold for the second time for 30 minutes and counting. He was waited on in two minutes. Said I would need to try to find it at another brand drugstore. Found it at the first one I called. Now I’m on the phone in hold with Kroger trying to get the prescription transferred. On hold now for 33 minutes and counting. Sending hubby back to Kroger to do it in person. What gives? Kroger used to be good.

SOOOOOO SLOW!!! The employee had no idea what they were doing. And another employee just watched them struggle without helping. This Kroger is a joke.

I’m waiting forever at the pharmacy drive thru window as I write this. I feel like I could have written War and Peace by now! One huge star deduction for that. Another for 25% of the staff that either ignores or insults me. Or both. I almost deducted two stars for them. The pharmacists themselves are the best - 5 stars. Very informative and went to bat for me with insurance company. Unfortunately, I don’t deal directly with them so much.I miss Rite Aid. Great pharmacists AND staff.(Still waiting! Only moved up one car! Sigh)

I have 3 monthly prescriptions that all cause me significant pain if I don't take them daily. Kroger's pharmacy automation is inconsistent. My prescriptions online/in the app will say they are being filled, and give a date. The rx will not be filled on the date, the date will pass and I will get no communication, the date will show a passed date in the system. When I call they say it can't be filled yet (why did it say so in the system then?). I will be told it's going to be filled in (xy) days. Instead of it automatically filling a few day later, I will have to call back again. I have been told that despite the time it was promised, they were "really busy" -last time it was an 8 hour delay. I know nothing can be changed about insurance, which enforces that one of my prescriptions is only able to be filled the DAY I need it. But on top of that, I am having to chase all 3 of the rx around every month, with regularly calls to the pharmacy. The last time I needed the doctor faxed for a new rx, and one person told me I could ask at the pickup window, then the pickup window person said I needed to wait 2 weeks, then I waited and called and they said it had already been done (albeit they sent it to the wrong address, and couldn't fix that in the system so I have to call the doc now!). This could be fixed if your automated system was trustworthy and reliable both for customers AND your pharmacists! It would result in less calls to the pharmacist, who need to be unburdened by all of these phone calls due to system issues.

Trash working at this pharmacy. Stood there for 10 minutes without being greeted. Finally came to check me in which only took 30 seconds only to tell me that they had called me (never happened) after my doctor sent the script over to see if I still wanted it but I didn’t answer. So now I’ve waited 10 minutes for to spend 30 seconds telling me they don’t have it filled yet and I’ll get a text. Seriously?Screaming personal information from across the room. So now I’m watching this chick power trip as she is bragging about “petty” she is as she makes me wait for the prescription that was called in over two hours ago.Ugh ridiculous.Just go to the next one or wait until Publix opens.

this place is a time bomb, folks. there is no competent management. we have pandemic going on, and we live in a hoptspot. they don't care about wearing masks, the corporate office is of absolutely no help (the corporate "customer support" line is a "non-working" number). been shopping there 17 years. good thing there's a publix opening up nearby ...

I rarely do review a business, but when I do, it's usually because I am very pleased with the service or product they are providing. In this case, my experience at this Kroger store earlier today left me feeling very sad. When I approached the cashier, she was hunkered down behind the register and only stood up when she saw me. She wouldn't speak to me, anything I said as a pleasantry or a question she didn't respond. I started bagging my groceries, and she let everything pile up in my face where it was falling off the side of the belt. I couldn't get everything bagged fast enough, and there was another woman waiting in line and they were all staring at me as if I was the problem. I've never had someone treat me so badly in a grocery store ever in my life. Needless to say I will never spend my money again at Kroger.

The parking is awful and I find the staff generally miserable and unfriendly. We've been locals for 5 years and even with their remodel the place continues to be a dour shopping experience. Publix cannot arrive soon enough.

Parking sucks, they're always out of everything. I went there for tortillas and the shelf was empty. Not a tortilla in sight. Most disappointing thing of all are the employees. They're very rude and unprofessional. They give people dirty looks and stand in groups with eachother and cuss. I live one min from this Kroger but will be driving to a different Kroger now because of how terrible this place is.

Even worse since the remodel. Never any parking. Always low stock (if what I'm looking for is even in stock). Always a long wait for a register.

I am so disappointed in this store. Freshly remodeled but as nasty as can possibly be. The parking lot, though brand new, was full of trash. In the store itself, shelves were either bare or rummaged over and messy, with trash, empty boxes (yet no one was stocking), and even spilled soda in the aisles. I came here because it's my local store, but I pray a Publix opens in east Nashville soon. This location is TERRIBLE.

lots of employees spending more time on their phones than dealing with customers. I appreciate that,It keeps them from having interaction with me as I don't like other people. thanks Eastland Kroger!
