I have filled scripts at this pharmacy for 37 years and appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Like everywhere I go they are understaffed so I have learned to be patient and not refill my prescriptions at the last minute! Give them a break! Everywhere you go there are jobs to be filled! Get to work people!!!!!

Horrible service along with unsafe food service conditions. Not only have me and my family gotten sick a lot from meat purchased from this store but other people in the community that I know has complained about the same thing.

This Kroger is simply the worst. It's laid out logistically in a manner that makes no sense, and will waste a customer's time - guaranteed. There is limited customer service, especially if it's near closing time - which is when a logical store layout is imperative to get in and out for all the right reasons, including getting the store workers out on time. I try not to shop here, and recommend almost any other option. 1 star is a stretch.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, hands down. They were supposed to fill a prescription today. Mark, the pharmacist, refused to fill it because they're out of it. Fine. We'll just transfer to another pharmacy. Nope. He refused to even allow a transfer to another pharmacy. Fun fact, not allowing someone to transfer a prescription is illegal. I called corporate and let them know about it, so hopefully it gets dealt with. When I asked Mark how he expected my partner to deal with this situation of no required medicine, his resolution was to go to a new doctor (on the weekend) and have them write a new RX (for a controlled substance, on the first visit.....). Thanks for nothing, Mark.

This Kroger's Was Just Upscaled & Transcended To another level, I mean it's So space ship "passengers" to me.. it cool, Having To deal with the renovation's was a Pain, But worth it. Starbucks inside+ a Whole Meat+ Cheese Stand, Sushi Freshly Made Stand, Deli, Seafood, Bakery. This Place is So Huge, It's Top Boss of "Any" other Kroger's I've seen. "THE PHARMACY "Good People" Hour's Cut back, Drive thru is Open sometimes, I have been Paying out of pocket for my meds, even though I have Medicare, Medicaid & I'm Q&B & LIS. So I hope to get this Squared away ASAP. Pharmacist lovely, Low Staff, but they r doing there Best.

So many of y’all complain abt the wait but honestly I’d rather wait 15 minutes for my prescription. This isn’t a McDonald’s. This is ur health. The pain of standing in line somewhere is a lot more bearable then the pain off not having ur meds. I promise.

Not enough help in store. They close one exit in store at 8:00 pm so I have to walk extra distance to get back to my handicapped parking space. Gas pumps out front not maintained. Attendant not there to issue receipt when pump does not issue receipt.

So there may be a small inconvenience like waiting longer due to covid, staffing issues, training etc., but I'm not transferring anything anywhere. The pain I'm in standing in line doesn't doesn't measure up to the pain I have without my medication. Be patient. We NO LONGER live in a right now time. The ladies who I've come into contact with each and every time are still nice for the pressure they are under! Go elsewhere if you want, you still will wait, but don't make their jobs harder. Entitled people.?

If you want to wait in line behind 5-6 people at ANY time of the day then deal with people who take out their stress on you once you get to the counter, with rude customer service—go right ahead. The drive through & walk-up have been closed for MONTHS and by observations things with this pharmacy seem to be declining at a steady rate, no improvement in sight. I’ve been with this pharmacy for many, many years but I will be transferring my meds elsewhere.

You know one of the first things I had to do when I moved to Nashville was find a local Kroger to call my own...and lucky for me this location, which sits at the corner or Highway 70 and Old Hickory in Bellevue, is only about 4 miles from me! This Kroger is pretty large, definitely one of the largest in the area and features a great Kroger Fuel Center that has 16 pumps, the shop and air/vacuum station. As mentioned, this location has a bunch of space and they are not shy to fill it all with groceries and goods! They have all the standard spots such as bakery, sandwiches, hot bar, Murray's cheese, seafood, meats, pharmacy, etc...While I do appreciate all the goods and space in the extra large/long aisles, I do wish they would have left a little more room for the checkouts/registers. This space can and does get backed up easily. Service has been decent so far. The cashiers are nice, not talkative, but friendly and the baggers are helpful, efficient and friendly as well. Parking is plentiful, as this Kroger is in a shopping center, so if you can't get something right in front, you have many rows and spots to choose from. One of my only grips is the lack of small carts/buggies. They have plenty of the large buggies, but only a handful of the smaller ones. Overall, this is a solid Kroger that is well kept and well stocked. I sit closer to the Kroger on Charlotte Ave, but absolutely do not mind going a few extra miles for this spot!
