Old white lady working self checkout only stops people of color when they are leaving. Then claims she ain’t got time to check the receipt so she calls security. She needs to be reprimanded. This behavior is uncalled for and racist.

Honestly, this is probably one of the top 5 worst Kroger stores in the country. It is constantly busy, parking lot full, and somehow it is always understaffed. The self-checkout line wraps around the store because over half of the self-checkout registers are “closed.” On top of that, there is usually only one open cashier in a lane, if any are open at all. If you go on a weekend, there is usually always a wreck or a fight in the parking lot. Lived in this area for 5 years now and it gets worse every time I go. Extremely disappointing.

The difference between the Kroger customer service and my business is that I never had any complaints or bad reviews about the service I provided to the consumers. You needed me I did not need you. that's make that very clear. I do not quit a job without any warning. You are warned only once before I walked tf out.

i have been shopping there for over 20 years. of course, that means the quality of management has varied. however, these days, even tho the published hours say they close at 10 p.m., that is not the case. it's 9:50 now, y'all. no more really last minute stuff.
UPDATE: i don't what's up with the meat dept. folks, but they seem to have a problem dealing with customers.

Both times I've attempted a pick up order at this Kroger, the orders were delayed by an hour, which defeats the purpose of being able to schedule a pick up. After the first time, I wanted to give it another chance just in case it was a one-time mess up. But now after two delayed orders, I won't be doing pick up orders at this Kroger again. Bummer, as this location is closest to me!

Corporate America at it's best! Everything is usually rotten, or near expiring, so it's our go to place for ripe or discount bananas. Customer service is non existent, nobody answers the phone, the store is filthy, and the people working here seem like they hate their lives. Publix, much better. Aldi, the best. Aldi is privately held, and gets all our business. Down with shareholder value, shop elsewhere.

Regularly has lines for the self check out that go all the way back to the pharmacy. Worst selection of any Kroger in Nashville. Feels like a judgement on our neighborhood in particular

Store rarely has the lanes open at checkout. You almost always have to do self checkout which takes forever with many items.
