It’s 1pm and there are ZERO employees to help checkout customers.I know PROFITS are the most important thing at this time. But my brothers in Christ the customer experience is terrible.

BE CAREFUL BUYING PRODUCE HERE. I bought some of the cut up watermelon that looked good but one bite in and it was sour and bad. Not just from being out all day but several days bad. There’s more bad than good reviews for a reason. I wish I had checked before wasting my time and money

Several times I have bought organic apples at the Kroger on 21st only to find half of the bag rotten when I get home. They need to stop using "fresher than fresher" as their motto.

Times are wrong. If you go to this Kroger it closes 10 minutes before they are supposed to close here so little warning.

We had a company team building activity at a space where there weren't many food options, so we decided to order some food from Kroger to pick up on the way. On the website, I had to place my pickup grocery order (wine, beer, chips, plates, etc) and my deli platters (sandwiches, cheese platters, chicken tenders) in two separate places. Fine, whatever. I called to confirm they had both of my orders. They told me they couldn't see it in the system until the day of. When I called back in the morning, the staff member I talked with was very helpful and actually walked over to the deli counter to confirm my order was there for later when he couldn't see it on his own system. The experience I had when I arrived at the store for pickup was the total opposite. The woman who was in charge of pickup was kinda mean and hard to understand. We tried to explain that we were Ubering and also had a deli order to pickup. She made us walk all the way around to the back to the pickup area, and then snapped at us that she couldn't bring our food out until our car was there and was pushing us to call our Uber immediately- even though we explained we had to get our deli order separately. The deli people weren't much warmer, and yelled to us that we'd need to get a cart ready. We had trouble finding a big cart. The pickup process was a bit chaotic. We had to pay for our deli items in the normal checkout line, and then we went back to the pickup area. The staff made it as hard as possible. She took her time, made us check in on the app instead of just marking us or letting us call? Seemed to have trouble scanning my ID. The whole process was just messy overall. I could understand her needing to follow procedures, but just overall customer service was not great. She seemed really grumpy and didn't want to really listen to us. I know we were a bit of a pain because we didn't have a car, but we were visiting for a company retreat and didn't have another option. Lol. Honestly, I wouldn't go for this option again, definitely not at this store anyway. I imagine that the staff probably doesn't have the rosiest jobs or the best pay, but it was not a pleasant customer experience. On the bright side, everyone was pretty happy with the food.

I was finally able to get s pic of the typical kroger shopping experience where they will post a deceptive sale sign and instead of then placing items that are actually on sale they place higher priced items which aren't on sale--like a bait and switch--so as to get you to unknowingly purchase the higher priced item, because most people don't actually watch their prices in the checkout line.Kroger has done this for years now and it's a disservice to their loyal customers. If you look closely at the pic, the sales item is all the way at the bottom of the display but the higher priced item is placed directly under the sales sign.Sorry for the review but kroger should be doing this to consumers.

A Kroger location in Tennessee has recently converted to self-checkouts only.I don’t know what Kroger it is, but I am done with all of them!People stop doing their job. You’re paying for a service AND groceries. Don’t let them do this.

Always able to find everything I need here, good quality cuts of meats and fresh vegetables and eggs and milk. The most memorable thing that I noticed at Kroger's in Nashville that it has a second story! Wow two levels of Krogers.if I hadn't seen it myself I would have doubted it.. next l will probably see a two level Walmart in Franklin ?

Always busy with friendly staff. The location is ideal. I'm not a fan of the elevator to get pharmacy goods, but it's understandable with the limited space in this building.

Worked at the job years ago and since I moved close to the area I can’t get a job for some odd reason now I’m assuming because I use to work there years ago and I’m in my late 20’s. For a job to not hire you because of age discrimination is very illegal and I wonder do they know I do not mind taking this to the extreme.

Came to Nashville on a trip. Had to go to Kroger for a couple of items. I will say thank GOD that I never have step foot into a Kroger again because the customer service was rude beyond belief. Tried getting cash back on a self service and the employees said sorry not sorry essentially. Thank god I live in TX and I can shop at HEB. #HEB4LIFE
