I moved to the neighborhood 6 months ago and this is my favorite grocery store around. The staff is always so friendly and hardworking. Their contactless pickup service is always on time and they do a great job communicating if they are out of something and finding a suitable replacement. The accessibility/location is very convenient as well. Glad to have such a nice place so close to home.

The store is horrible. First time doing grocery pick up and the old lady loading the groceries was so rude. She out all of our groceries in and then but cases of water and cases of soda on top of the groceries. This woman needs to loose her job for the way she treats customers

More than half of self-check-out machines are broken, and have been for months. The staff does their best but leadership here seems MIA.

Would give zero stars, if possible, solely due to horrible customer service. We checked out at a self-checkout kiosk and an item did not ring up at the sales price advertised. When we questioned the employee working, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to get very nasty with my husband and I. Rudest encounter I've had with a customer service person in a long time...possibly ever.

Very poor online pick up experience. Employee in charge of pick up was rude and impatient. Finalized our order without scanning our paper coupons, then told us we could go inside to fix it - the point of pick up is to remain in car. Employee then took our coupons, said she would handle it, yet they were never added to our order. So we are now down $25. Will return next week to using Green Hills location for pick up, where we never have issues.

This Kroger customer service is nonexistent, everyone in on their phones and bathrooms were nasty, they had plenty of employees but they were all too busy texting and taking selfies. This is the worst kroger I’ve been to.

30 years I’ve been coming to this Kroger. Used to be an awesome neighborhood grocery with good food and deals. It has become the most overpriced, understaffed Kroger in all of town. The deli is closed at lunchtime most days. They have 6 of 12 self checkouts open with 10+ minute lines. What used to be $8 here now costs $16. Some of that is inflation but this Kroger has gouged its customers for profits in the last two years. Rotisserie chickens aren’t even affordable here now. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walmart down the road to save 25%+ on everything. Who can afford ribeyes at $16.99/pound??

I despise this Kroger!! The main thing I go to Kroger for is Boars Head deli meat. The deli here is horrible, they don't follow directions. You ask for shaved, you get thick slices with the lady that wears a green hair net. I stopped by today for some deli meat as it was on the way home. The guy with a blue face mask was there, I patiently waited for 4 minutes while he was packing something at the doorway. He finally noticed me, acting like I was inconveniencing him, I politely asked for 1/2 pound of Boars Head ham, shaved. His eyes said RUDE comments. I said forget it, and left. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location, or go with out, because they will not ever see another penny of mine.
