Customer service is NEVER open. And when you call to make sure they’ll be open you’re lied to and told “they’ll be open til about 4:30” and then I show up at 3PM and they’re closed? That’s ridiculous. No one answers the phones, not even the managers. Not to mention the buggies are always stuck together or there aren’t any to use at all.

Delivery service terrible, Mike said he was store manager also HORRIBLE!! If I could drop rating to ZERO I would. I am a long time Kroger customer and due to this HORRIBLE experience and unwillingness to help and HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will no longer shop Kroger. Let me just say manager, Mike DID NOT even ask my name, my number to pull up my order history so that alone should be obvious that he had no intention to correct the wrong.

Kroger as a brand is just terrible compared to Aldi's. Now they're as expensive as Publix while giving products that make Great Value look like Louis Vuitton.
Their meat is terrible and overpriced, and the employees obviously hate working there.
If you do decide to shop there do yourself a favor and closely check all the products before buying. Tons of expired stuff on the shelves

Price gouging is still a big problem. Krogers also makes it difficult to get any deals. They make you go through hurdles just to save a dollar. The app is used to track your purchases and aggregate your information. Who’s buying what. A proposed merger with Albertsons will only make things worse for consumers. Stop the greed.

Possibly the WORST grocery store in Nashville! Deli has no set hours! Store is filthy! Employees are combative and unprofessional! Vagrants wandering aisles panhandling…Parking lot open air drug market! AVOID!!!

while she points me in the wrong direction to the restroom 🤔 very interesting! Amazing!

They just make up their own hours on the spot. If it says online that they close at 11:00 and you show up at 9:50, sorry, they might be closed. "Murder" Kroger down the street is better because they actually adhere to their posted hours.

Good neighborhood store. Clean and well stocked.
Parking is often packed.
Pharmacy is quick and helpful.

My husband and I has been coming to Kroger's for gas and essentials and the older white was nice we were regulars because of her but when Tia took over she is rude, lazy, and unprofessional. Tia would have my husband standing outside why she ignores him so we would just leave it's sad there are employees out there like Tia, she has a bad attitude
