What’s happened to this Kroger’s❔This location was at one time visually friendly, offered good customer service and was well stocked, organized, and maintained. No more. From the outside parking lot to the inside of the store itself visually reflects how filthy and neglected it has become. Outdated, dirty and no longer an inviting place to shop at. Signs of the times evidently. Sad.

I know bathrooms gotta be cleaned. But this lady knew I’m about to crap my pants for the entire duration of this clean session. I’m literally standing outside the door to the only men’s room watching her force me to wait on her. So when she gotta come back immediately after I trash it, it’s on her.

BAKERY REVIEW
I would not recommend this bakery. They spelled congratulations and Jennifer incorrectly - both of which I spelled correctly when filling out the order form. They also added multiple! Which were not on the message I submitted. Do not make any special requests because they will not be followed. Don’t order a customized cake because you will not get what you ordered. Get something generic because at least it would be right. They also prepared my cake days before and never notified me that it was done before the pick up date that I selected. So all of the food coloring started to bleed. They never notified me that it was ready but it had clearly been made and decorated days ago. Lastly they did not position the cake well on the tray so the majority of the sides were smashed by the lid - ruining the design.

Went to go shop at Kroger then grab a drink across the street and got harassed in the parking lot by a white woman with an awful haircut who said we were “loitering”. I assume she works at the store. She was extremely rude and I will not be back.

Attempted to purchase a sale item on a Monday night; sold out. When I stopped again the next night at 8:50pm, item still sold out. The stocker was helpful and asked a second employee if I could get a rain check? I was told the customer service folks up front could help. After speaking with three more employees up front, was told the customer service desk was closed and I could come back tomorrow. I have neither the time nor patience; this store has long fallen short.

Unkempt - terrible customer service - trash all over the parking lot and entrances.
I only go there for last resort.

this kroger is great, i was so shocked to come here and see how amazing it is. it has basically everything here. i love having so many options and great prices too! i also love their gas station it's so peaceful, there's always been at most two other people there when i've gone so you don't have to wait for a pump, it's beautiful. it feels like a fake little city there too which i find lovely!! it's my favorite gas station 100%. i think almost all of Nashville's gas stations are really bad so i was soooo happy when i found this one their claw game sucks though DONT PLAY IT! the claw is not strong and doesn't close and will not pick up anything. my only complaint about this location, also the parking lot is full a lot but that's just how it goes i guess. i don't have high expectations for grocery stores so things like individual workers and stuff being terrible i don't really care unless it's a small place and genuinely all of the workers are bad.

Very frustrated I was made to feel like a second citizen I cannot read enough to use yourself check out machines I always go to a checkstand the lady at the self-checkout was rude and made me feel less than. I let her know that I could not read and asked her if she could me. Having a disability and not being able to read the self-checkout kiosks is very humiliating and it's about time Kroger staffed their checkout stands or at very least put a very kind person there not somebody that makes you feel terrible!!4:45PM 01-15-2024

Kroger has its place for your Nashville grocery menu. I use it as my pharmacy, which is really good and very affordable. But also it offers products in the grocery itself which you can’t really get anywhere else. It is not my first choice for a grocery, but it is one I go to time and time again.

Sale prices never ring up correctly. Then you have to wait for customer service (see other reviews for how fun that is) and they put the money back on your card.
