This review is for Jinny who works security at this location. I usually see her by the self checkout and she always brightens my day with her positive attitude and lovely compliments. She always makes my visit to this store pleasant.

Charlotte Kroger is an older store that hasn't been updated. But it seems clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. While The store didn't have everything on my list, it did have the essentials and several sale items I specifically needed and went in to find.
