I came by the pharmacy at 7:57pm to pick up my medicine that I need first thing tomorrow. All closed up. Nobody's in there. Security gate is up. Window blind is down. Apparently the staff just leaves whenever they want. If you're gonna close up at 7:45, then don't advertise 8:00. This isn't a burger shop where closing up early doesn't really affect anyone. People need to be able to depend that their pharmacy will be open as advertised so they can pick up their medicine to function regularly. I guess I'll see y'all tomorrow, assuming y'all are actually open at 9am as advertised.

I give this store 0 stars. The customer service SUCKSSSSS. I purchased some can goods and brought them back to this location for a refund with my receipt becauseIdidn'trealizetheyhad pirk in it.The manager told me that they don't do refunds because they can't resale can goods. So while waiting I talked to a couple of workers and they said they didn't understand because people return meat and they accept their items. Don't SHOP at this location especially if you're trying to bring something back with a receipt.

Ridiculous customer service! I purchased a bag of dog food and accidentally left it at the self-checkout. I returned with the receipt, but they told me to wait and call back tomorrow for help. I asked them to check the cameras for proof, but they said the camera team couldn’t do anything. It’s absurd that they make you take two trips for an item that costs twenty dollars!

Wow. What a dump. They are supposedly "improving" the store? But, it's taking way too long, and keeps getting worse. If you are under 5'7", expect to constantly ask for assistance to get items off the 2nd to highest shelf, because nothing is pushed forward, and NO ONE can reach to top shelf. Dirty, with junk in the mislabeled aisles, The organic pantry items are now kind of mixed in? And, most of them missing altogether. Left with 2 items from my long list due to inaccessible items, disorganization, and frustration. Time to find a new store.
Oh... and my rotisserie chicken has no time on it...grr. My fault for expecting more.
Oh, I guess there is one positive. The employees are great. They TRY to help, but they are stuck in the middle of this mess, too.

Supposed to close at 10, but had an employee out front saying it was closed at 9:45. Don’t say you’ll be open until 10 if that’s not true.

showed up at just a little more than 10 minutes before close, which I know is a bit late but still a fair amount of time to grab the two things I needed and get out before close. There was a guy at the sliding door that let two people in right in front of me and then stopped me and said they’re closed and locked it. I needed two things. that’s it. Thanks for being the worst.

So I just had to throw out a whole bag of salmon which is $18.99. I am so sick of this store. Nothings rotated and expire stuff on shelves.
Wow, I was cooking my salmon. I decided to kind of push it around on the hot pan a little bit normally like I do with my mahi-mahi fish. However, upon doing so with one of my pieces of salmon that was brand new out of the bag, it started to fall apart, even though it was on the pan cooking and I had like that mushy Texture-ness.
I am going somewhere else.
I have already filed a complaint a couple weeks ago or maybe a month ago I don’t know, but I better go somewhere else before I get sick.
